* The ''WesternAnimation/SpongebobSquarepants'' episode "Battle Of Bikini Bottom" has Patrick picking his nose (that suddenly grew on his face for this purpose) and trying to fling boogers at [=SpongeBob=], the latter runs into the Krusty Krab, yelling, "Look out! Patrick's digging for gold!" Mr. Krabs hears this and excitedly follows them into the kitchen, only to come out seconds later, looking unnerved.

** Well, there is snot at one point... In the first game, one microgame has you helping a young woman retract snot back into her nose by spinning the control pad.

* The popular Spanish {{playground song}} "Tengo un moco (I have a boogey)" describes the removal, sculpture and eating of a piece of snot. It doesn't taste of much, so the singer reaches for another and [[LoopedSong starts again]]: "I have a boogey..." (Subsequent repetitions often change all vowels to "a", then to "e", and so on.)

* Many characters in ''Manga/OnePiece'' frequently pick their noses. During the Baratie arc, Luffy taints Zoro's drink with his snot, which Zoro then forces Luffy to drink. And then we have Mr. 5, who with his "Nose Fancy Cannon" flicks explosive boogers at his opponents...

* ''MrsDoubtfire'': Daniel Hilliard (RobinWilliams), while disguised as his British nanny persona, refers to his children as "little nose-miners."
