* In ''VideoGame/FamilyGuyBackToTheMultiverse'', BigBad Betram gets swallowed by his own TyrannosaurusRex.

* The BigBad and his mooks in ''Film/LoveAndMonsters'' [[spoiler:is eaten by the very same GiantEnemyCrab they'd enslaved once Joel frees it]].

* In ''Literature/CharlieAndTheChocolateFactory'', the Oompa-Loompas claim that this will be the gluttonous Augustus Gloop's fate, as the pipe he's stuck in leads to a room where fudge is prepared. In a subversion, he's rescued before that can happen...in most versions. It's strongly implied that he ''will'' become a tasty treat in [[Theatre/CharlieAndTheChocolateFactory the 2013 stage musical]]!

* ''Film/{{Anaconda}}'': Paul Sarone gets eaten by the same Anaconda that he was hunting for most of the movie, and to make it even more karmic this is right after a failed attempt to feed two of the heroes to the giant snake.
* ''Film/AnacondasTheHuntForTheBloodOrchid'': Jack eventually becomes a villain when he considers the lives of his colleagues worth sacrificing to get the Blood Orchid. He gets bitten by the paralyzing spider that he had previously used on somebody else and falls into the Anaconda mating ball, becoming snake chow.

* ''Film/TheBlob1988: Dr. Meddows, who is responsible for creating the Blob and is also willing to sacrifice an entire town full of innocent people to test the Blob's potential and capture it, ends up becoming one of his own creation's meal.

* ''Film/SharkAttack'': The bad guy ends up getting eaten alive by the same sharks that he had sicced on the town to drive down real estate prices.
* ''Film/SharkAttack3Megalodon'': The human villain leaves the passengers on a boat behind to die when the Megalodon shows up, but he crashes his jetski into the shark's open mouth.

* In the film version (only) of ''Film/{{Dune}}'', Baron Harkonnen meets his end when swallowed by a titanic sandworm.

Especially karmic because Haazheel's plan was to have the rest of humanity harvested by the Legions of Hell so that he could become a god.

** ''ComicBook/WonderWoman1987'': Some of the Sangtee Empire slavers on Hope's End get knocked into the scavenger worm's sand pits, where they're devoured by the monsters they've been tossing dead slaves to.
** ''ComicBook/WonderWoman2006'': Alkyone gets eaten by one of the Megladons off the coast of Themyscira. In a subversion of the usual outcome of this trope, she ends up actually surviving and cutting her way out of the giant shark to continue to wreak havoc on the Amazons.

* In ''WebVideo/DragonBallZAbridged,'' Guru is EatenAlive by the Namekians after he reveals he was the cause of the Great Drought (how else whould someone who lives solely on water become [[FatBastard morbidly obese?]]), which he then [[FinalSolution blamed on the Albino Namekians and sentenced them all to death.]]

* Subverted in ''Film/{{Beetlejuice}}''. The title character is swallowed by a SandWorm near the end of the movie, but turns up later in the afterlife office none the worse for wear.

** ''Film/ResidentEvilApocalypse'': The BigBad of the flim gets devoured alive by a bunch of zombies.

* ''Film/SharkAttack'': The bad guy ends up getting eaten alive by the same sharks that he had sicced on the town in order to drive down real estate prices.

* The villains of ''Film/SharkNight'' feed people to sharks in order to make internet videos of them to make money, that and they're AxCrazy. So it's pretty karmic when one of the CoDragons falls into the SharkPool he was attempting to lower the main character into, and later when the BigBad himself gets eaten by a Great White.

* The Immortals of ''LightNovel/{{Baccano}}'' can consume eachother and gain eachothers experience by laying their hand on the other immortals forehead. This is how Firo defeats Szilard.

* In ''LightNovel/KaraNoKyoukai'', [[spoiler:Cornelius Alba gets eaten alive by one of Touko's creations.]]
* This happens to Aki's EvilMentor Divine in ''Anime/YuGiOh5Ds''. His sadistic career comes to an end when Earthbound God Ccarayhua swallowed him. (WordOfGod says that he recovered along with the rest of the Earthbound Gods' victim's later, but he was also arrested by Sector Security.)
* In the 2003 version of ''Anime/FullmetalAlchemist'', [[BigBad Dante]] gets eaten by her minion [[ExtremeOmnivore Gluttony]] at the end of the series. For bonus points, she's the one who rendered him crazed and mindless in the first place, meaning that he was willing to eat her because he could no longer understand her commands, nor remember her.
