The self-awareness of this is heightened by Naomi's comment, "Quit staring at me! I know what you're thinking-- and NO!", a nod to the fact that she appears to have ''grown'' since the first game in the series and been put in an impossibly small top. It is a simply wonderful piece of FanService.

* The priestess Rao in ''VideoGame/{{Okami}}'' jiggles wildly every time you meet her, [[spoiler:including after she's [[DemonicPossession possessed]] by the demon Ninetails]]. [[ChivalrousPervert Issun]] rarely refers to her as anything but "busty babe", even to her face.

* April May in ''VisualNovel/PhoenixWrightAceAttorney'' shook her stuff when flirting or when she got extremely pissed off.
** Then there's the hentai fan-game ''Phoenix Drive'', in which female characters' breasts spontaneously Gainax every few seconds, much as humans' eyes spontaneously blink.

* In a ''ComicBook/WonderWoman'' parody strip, she and ComicBook/{{Superman}} are fending off some bad guys shooting at them. Superman stands in his trademark pose while the bullets bounce off of him, and he asks Diana why she blocks with her bracelets if she's invulnerable like he is. She stops blocking and lets the bullets hit her. They bounce harmlessly off her chest... but her breasts jiggle at every hit. The bad guys catch on and soon they ''all'' start shooting at her breasts to [[EatingTheEyeCandy enjoy the show]]. She simply looks at Clark with an "[[AllMenArePerverts I rest my case]]" expression. * The aptly named Big Boob June from ''WesternAnimation/TheClevelandShow'', whose breasts jiggle with nearly every movement she makes.

* In the ''WesternAnimation/TeenTitans'' episode "Date with Destiny", Starfire's chest briefly bounces while she [[ClingyJealousGirl vehemently]] refuses to agree to the demand that Robin takes [[SpoiledBrat Kitten]] to the prom. Naturally, Robin doesn't want to either, but they have little choice, or else Jump City would be overrun with Killer Moth's mutated swarm of moths.

* Centorea in ''Manga/DailyLifeWithMonsterGirl''. Her breasts bounce a lot thanks to their size and her lack of a bra. This actually turns out to be a problem in Chapter 29, as the bouncing keeps throwing off her aim while jousting.

* ''VisualNovel/MajiDeWatashiNiKoiShinasai'' has Momoyo, whose BoobsOfSteel defy gravity.

** Strangely enough, while attention is frequently called to her [[UsefulNotes/{{Pettanko}} lack of a chest]] in the [[Anime/MaiOtome original series]], Arika in ''Anime/MaiOtomeZwei'' starts bouncing quite noticeably, especially whenever she prepares to use her signature move. One could argue, though, that she has filled out in the one year since the end of the series.

* ''Anime/ShinkonGattaiGodannar'' takes Gainaxing to the extreme, since even the mecha have breasts (and in one particular case, ''both'' the mecha and the pilot have humongous ''jiggling'' breasts). The only exception to this is Lou, the show's TokenMiniMoe.

* As of installment #13.5, ''Hopeless Masquerade'', even VideoGame/{{Touhou}} has gotten in on the action. Although only one character actually bounces.

The term was coined by fans some time before 1993 and makes reference to the anime production of Creator/StudioGainax, many of whose earlier releases made use of this particular variety of {{fanservice}}. According to a Usenet post from 1993, one particular busty young woman from the Gainax anime ''Anime/OtakuNoVideo'' inspired a tongue-in-cheek unit of measurement for Gainaxing: one full bounce is apparently equal to one "MistyMay".

While pectoral muscles (and by extension, breasts) in [[RealLife real life]] can move independently, the effect is very subtle and it only happens when a person is engaged in highly strenuous activity. This trope is for when a character's pectoral muscles or breasts move a lot more than they ought to, or in ways that are physically impossible (see this page's picture).
