* TabletopGame/Paranoia pretty much runs on this trope. If there's a way for a character to get themselves killed a) the GM will find it and b) it's all played for laughs.

* Izumi Curtis from Manga/FullmetalAlchemist has nasty internal injuries (coming from losing her uterus after attempting human transmutation to bing her stillbirth son back to life)... so at times, when in the middle of a Badass speech or right after beating up her students/adoptive kids, she'll puke blood and have to be comforted by her husband Sieg. Heck, one of the eyecatches of the second anime series has her comically collapsed in Sieg's arms while letting out what looks like a WaterfallPuke of blood!

* has an unintended example. The Soldier's Peak DownloadableContent adds a Warrior ability called Blood Fury which releases out a torrent of blood your character to knock enemies back at the cost of some health, and the game's AfterCombatRecovery removes cooldowns from abilities in addition to regenerating health quickly...letting you use Blood Fury constantly to toss HighPressureBlood all over the screen for laughs as you walk around.

* An old Series/SaturdayNightLive sketch has a Julia Child parody "cut the dickens out of [her] thumb," and subsequently bleed all over the set while trying to continue as though nothing had happened. As with most classic SNL, very funny.

* WesternAnimation/LupoTheButcher: The incoherent rage of SirSwearsALot Lupo is already pretty funny. It gets even funnier when Lupo accidentally chops off his thumb and runs around screaming while a jet of blood shoots out of his hand.

* Theatre/UniversalsHorrorMakeUpShow demonstrates how blood and gore effects are done in films through very comedic means, particularly when one of the hosts squirts the audience with "blood", particularly focusing on hitting one specific guest for petty reasons.
