* FreudianExcuseIsNoExcuse: The 'Miss' who attacked [[TeachersUnfavoriteStudent Latina]] originally came from a village that neighbored territory controlled by Demons. When they attacked, her parents were killed leaving her with a deep seated hatred for the Demon race. [[spoiler: Dale doesn't let this be reason enough to let her off the hook, and further comments that it doesn't explain her hatred of other "non-human" races such as Elves.]]

* KickedUpstairs: The Nun Teacher was transferred to Kreuz after her bigoted hatred of non-humans caused the Elves in the town she was stationed in to vow to stop performing in public due to her actions, causing a massive loss in tourism (heavily based on Elven music and trade with Elves). The Church was planning on doing this again after the incident with Latina but Dale used his authority to make sure she was properly punished this time.
* LaserGuidedKarma: The nun/teacher who traumatized Latina into ripping off her remaining horn doesn’t get off stock free. Dale uses his authority and standing with the church to have her rightfully punished instead of simply sent to a different town like the last time she caused problems. More specifically, Dale gets her expelled from the temples (which could be a near-death sentence, depending on how sheltered she was previously) by threatening to take most of the Kreuz temple to the arbitration court to answer for their deficient handling of the situation previously.

* PersonaNonGrata: Dale's response to the racist teacher's bigotry and horrid treatment of Latina is to seek out evidence and use it to ensure said teacher gets defrocked and barred from the temples.

* SadistTeacher: Episode 4 involves one of these, complete with FantasticRacism to boot. Thankfully, Latina's friends all stand up to her, even if it meant getting excommunicated in the process. The teacher is later kicked out of the school for her cruelty thanks to Dale's intervening.

Asskicking Leads To Leadership is the new name of the trope.

* AsskickingEqualsAuthority: One of the reasons Dale has such a high reputation as an adventurer [[note]] and the reason he left his home village, despite originally being intended as the next Clan and Village Chief[[/note]] is that he was born with an especially high level of divine protection from Ahmar, the God of War, Arbitration and Judgement, which makes him a superbly skilled warrior, even able to gain favor from the royal family of Laband. This also makes him a High Priest of Ahmar, even though he doesn't serve in the temples. Which comes in handy when Latina is badly bullied by her teacher, who is a priestess of Asfar; Dale's blessing actually makes him a higher authority in his sect than the teacher is in hers.

Dale is such a member in which he threatens to go to them if the church does not comply to his demands by removing the SadistTeacher from her job and excommunicate her.

Added DiffLines:

* ScrewTheRulesIHaveConnections: Dale has so much power and influence thanks to his high priest standing within the Temple of Ahmar that he can ask for necessary information he needs to remove someone from the church and have them excommunicated. In fact, his power is what allows him to dig up dirt on the SadistTeacher who harassed Latina that they compiled when he threatens to bring his case to the Temple of Ahmar.
