She has the physical strength to stop vehicles with her bare hands and even pull planes out of the sky and she can boost her speed in an almost rocket-boost style fashion when she needs to. She is the first character to genuinely put [[TheAce Pyrrha]] on the defensive in battle. [[spoiler:Penny is secretly a combat robot, the first artificial being capable of generating Aura. As a result, she is phenomenal in terms of speed, strength and toughness. She is only defeated by accident; when Pyrrha is tricked into using her full magnetism Semblance, Penny loses control over her blades which are controlled by wires. The wires wrap around Penny's body and pull tight, garotting her in multiple places, tearing her to shreds.]]

** Machinima/RedVsBlue has [[spoiler: Agent Maine/]]The Meta, which despite being exceptionally large and wearing some heavy power-armour, can move at lightning speeds.

* Aries, at [[SuperheroSchool Whateley Academy]] in the ''WhateleyUniverse''. As strong as the tougher bricks, as fast as the faster speedsters. But he's a [[TheDragon Dragon]] for the school's BigBad.

** There's also [[TheBrute Mercury Black]], given he is Yang's EvilCounterpart. He's evidently strong enough to handle Yang and Pyrrha while holding back (with Pyrrha he was merely testing her abilities, with Yang he was setting her up for a DeliberateInjuryGambit). He's also fast enough to hit Ruby while she's using her SuperSpeed Semblance, and he's tough enough to tank a two-handed sword strike from Yatsuhashi of Team CFVY.

* Several characters from the fantasy crossover [=RPG=] ''Dark Clouds Gathering'' on Website/{{Rplegacy}}, but particularly [[FireEmblemAkaneia Marth]] of the [[DesignatedHero Legion of Light]]

* Ruby Rose from ''Webanimation/{{RWBY}}'' is capable of moving so fast that her tailwind has enough force to crack a wall and slam the members of team JNPR into it. She also wields a [[MixAndMatchWeapon sniper-scythe]] that can split a 2-meter tall wolf-monster in twain, and uses its recoil to add to her speed.
** [[TheBrute Mercury]] [[{{Jerkass}} Black]] is one of the most physically imposing and athletic villains to appear on the show thus far. Not only does he pretty much toy with [[TheAce Pyrrha]] and [[TheBigGuy Yang]] in his fights against them and he's strong enough to tank a sword swipe from [[GentleGiant Yatsuhashi]], but he's also so fast he can intercept Ruby mid-FlashStep.

** Her older sister, Yang Xiao Long is presumably the physically strongest member of Team RWBY, and able to beat down on a HumongousMecha with her bare fists. She is also fast enough to dodge a hail of bullets, as seen in the Yellow trailer. Her Semblance involves becoming more powerful with each blow she takes.
** Blake, despite being perceived as a FragileSpeedster. Unlike Ruby, her agility comes from her natural ability. She is strong enough to kick Roman Torchwick unconscious and carry the [[spoiler:larger Yang over her shoulder, even while mortally wounded]]. And she is extremely durable, even without her Aura ([[spoiler:she not only survives being stabbed in the stomach, she is capable of using her Semblance in a way that she'd never been able to use it before, and carrying Yang over her shoulder and running from Adam]]).

** Blake can be considered one as well, despite being perceived as a FragileSpeedster. Unlike Ruby, her agility doesn't come from her Semblance, and is simply her natural ability. She is strong enough to knock Roman Torchwick unconscious with a kick and carry the significantly larger Yang over her shoulder, even while heavily wounded. And she is extremely durable, even without her Aura protecting her from physical damage ([[spoiler:she not only survives being stabbed in the stomach, she is capable of using her Semblance in a way that she'd never been able to use it before, and carrying Yang over her shoulder and running from Adam]] .

* In {{Homestuck}} Bec Noir is able to destroy a universe, is fast enough to surprise John before the battle even starts, and can take hits from Vriska when she was most powerful.

* The Raktapata tank in ''Literature/TheSolsticeWar''. It is fast enough that it can keep up with light tanks while being invulnerable to their weapons, and can destroy them all in one hit wherever it manages to get them.

* Uther from ''Roleplay/FateNuovoGuerra'' has top-level endurance, a Dragon Affinity that boosts that endurance even further as well as protects against status-lowering effects, a Rank-A [[CoolSword holy sword]] that specializes in [[ArmorPiercingAttack armor piercing]], and AGI to throw it down with the rest of them. His main problem is his limited range, and the off-chance that somebody might come equipped with an [[KryptoniteFactor Anti-Dragon]] Noble Phantasm.

* In {{Homestuck}} Bec Noir is able to destroy a universe, is fast enough to surprise John before the battle even starts, and can hits from Vriska when she was most powerful.

** SCP-[[http://www.scp-wiki.net/scp-682 682]], a lizard the size of a small truck who's capable of rapidly slaughtering dozens of trained, experienced military personal, sometimes including tanks, during routine breakouts.

* Airman Higgs from ''Webcomic/GirlGenius'' mixes this with MadeOfIron. He's shown himself capable of moving fast enough to practically FlashStep from normal perspective, is capable of smashing through Clanks with a single strike, and was [[spoiler: capable of outpacing Zola even when she's nigh on overdosing on PsychoSerum.]]
