** Not to be left behind, the [[ComicBook/TeenageMutantNinjaTurtles original incarnation of the TMNT]] has featured two different interspecies romances fairly recently. The first occured between Michelangelo and "Seri" (reptilian alien), while the second will occur between Leonardo and human superheroine Radical several years into the series' future.

*** It's pretty much taken for granted in the StarWars universe that Twi'lek women are desired by males of all species - and yes, it often really ''is'' due to their "naughty" ''lekku'', which can be trained to perform sensual functions. The only time this fetish resulted in {{Squick}} was in A. C. Crispin's novel ''The Hutt Gambit'', where a young Han Solo is [[AbhorrentAdmirer (to his chagrin)]] leered at by an ''elderly'' Twi'lek female!

* A notable storyline in Comicbook/TheAvengers had Mantis (human) married to a telepathic alien ''tree'' - and since that wasn't [[{{Squick}} squicky]] enough, in order to mate with her, the tree possessed the ''dead body'' of her late boyfriend the Swordsman. Squick accomplished.
** Although it's probably less squicky than [[EvilDead if it mated her in its true form]].
