* '''''Pixel Pinkie''''' is often described as the UsefulNotes/{{Australia}}n equivalent of ''WesternAnimation/JohnnyTest'', except far, far blander and generic - extra emphasis on that. A ClicheStorm of the highest order, the premise has been done before and far better in shows such as ''WesternAnimation/TheFairlyOddParents'', the story-lines are utterly by-the-books, [[FlatCharacter the characters are zero-dimensional plastic cut-outs of normally well-done character types]], the animation is cheaper-looking than most WebAnimation projects, and all the seemingly 5th-grade age kids sound like grown-ups, almost as if only one person voiced all of them. [[SmallNameBigEgo Its creators]] are also notoriously sore when it comes to criticism, having gotten into several {{Flame War}}s with fans of [[WebVideo/TheMysteriousMrEnter Mr. Enter]], whom they claimed was in no position to judge [[InsaneTrollLogic because he was American]], as well trying to false-flag [[https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=p4D212OldhQ his review]] several times under [[SockPuppet alternate names]].
* Creator/{{NBC}}'s Saturday-morning block was chock full of stinkers by the early 90's, but it had a few good shows (like ''WesternAnimation/AlvinAndTheChipmunks'' and ''Series/SavedByTheBell''). '''''WesternAnimation/ProStars''''' isn't one of them. It features superstar players UsefulNotes/MichaelJordan, [[UsefulNotes/{{N|ationalHockeyLeague}}HL Wayne Gretzky]], and [[UsefulNotes/{{Baseball}} Bo]] [[UsefulNotes/NationalFootballLeague Jackson]] helping kids around the world and fighting criminals who do what they do [[ForTheEvulz just because they can do it]]. What makes it really awful is that it attempts to promote diversity by the various countries and kids they visit, but that's all cancelled out by ruthless stereotyping. There are also massive continuity and animation errors (expected for a 90s [[Creator/DiCEntertainment DiC]] production, but still!), with more than 40 in the first episode alone! ''WebVideo/TVTrash'' tears it apart [[http://rowdyc.com/tv-trash-prostars/ here]]. Meanwhile, [[WebVideo/AtopTheFourthWall Linkara]] even saw ''[=ProStars=]'' as partially being the reason NBC's Saturday-morning block was cancelled – as ''Chip and Pepper'' also aired during the same season as ''[=ProStars=]'', it can be argued that NBC took whatever they were offered in that last season to sabotage and hand over the two hours to ''Series/{{Today}}''.
* '''''Film/{{Spaceballs}}: The Animated Series''''' has been given the FanNickname ''The Soich for More Money'' from fans of the original movie.[[note]]For those who haven't seen ''Spaceballs'', the nickname references a scene in which the movie's Yoda equivalent, Yogurt, teases a second movie with that subtitle.[[/note]] The designs of the characters range from okay to godawful. Most notably was making Dark Helmet, originally played by 5'1" Creator/RickMoranis, a dwarf. The joke may have been about Helmet's large, well, helmet, but there was no reason to make him look like a bobblehead with or without it. The animation accompanying those modes don't fare any better. In an annoyingly lazy move, it rehashes jokes from the movie. Hell, the first two episodes are basically a remake of the movie. The rest of the series is a ShallowParody of other movies, such as ''Film/TheTerminator'', ''Film/ThePhantomMenace'', and even non-Sci-Fi films like ''Film/HarryPotter''. That is not only comparable to a Seltzer and Friedberg movie, but it renders the title of the show and the movie it was based on redundant. Watch WebVideo/{{Bobsheaux}} tear it apart [[https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=K_x9CRj4_lk here]]. [[WebVideo/InfamousAnimation ShogunGin0]] also shares [[http://www.dailymotion.com/video/x3txtt7_spaceballs-the-animated-series-infamous-animation-ep-15_fun his thoughts on the matter]]. Initially billed as a more mature work for hardcore fans, it was almost instantly savaged by fans due to poor quality CGI reminiscent of ''Anime/TransformersEnergon'', a low framerate that makes actions highly janky, an unclear and barebones narrative, a large amount of {{Padding}} despite the full miniseries only clocking in at 40 minutes, little screentime devoted to the characters the series was created to advertise, terrible characterization (with [[NiceGirl Windblade]] being depicted as a murderous psychopath for no apparent reason) and, most infamously, the fact that the webseries was released well after the toyline is was made to promote had left retail. When Wiki/TFWiki says ''Energon'' looks good by comparison, you know something has gone horribly, horribly wrong.

* '''''WesternAnimation/AllenGregory''''', a short-lived Creator/{{Fox}} animated series co-created by and starring Creator/JonahHill as the voice of the title character Allen Gregory De Longpre, a nerdy, pretentious 7-year-old who's forced to attend elementary school in the face of the recession when his gay parents' finances are hit hard, principally those of his CEO father Richard. Allen has a very warped view of the world and can't socialize with kids around his age. What makes the series so bad, you ask? Dull and unfunny jokes (almost ''all'' of them tasteless and unfunny, including jokes about AIDS and ''date rape''), bland animation ([[UncannyValley with downright HIDEOUS character designs]]), some of the most off-putting homophobia in all of television (so horribly written it's honestly impossible to tell if it was supposed to be satirical or not), and unlikable characters who are some combination of idiots, whiny {{Butt Monkey}}s, and/or complete {{jerkass}}es. The {{Jerkass}} characters from other FOX shows are at least [[ComedicSociopathy funny with]] [[UnsympatheticComedyProtagonist their asshole-ism]] most of the time. Also, the gay parents as main characters--Richard's just as selfish and [[{{Manchild}} childish]] as his son, and Jeremy (one of the few decent characters aside from his adopted daughter Julie, although they're both boring and forgettable) was a straight man with a wife and children who was essentially bullied and raped by Richard into marrying him. * '''''WesternAnimation/TheNutshack''''' is the first animated TV show aimed directly at Filipino-Americans. It's also very much the worst too. * There are more than a few reasons why Calico Entertainment's '''''WesternAnimation/{{Bubsy}}''''' pilot never got picked up. Not only is there unfunny jokes and overusage of StockFootage, almost all of our main [[DesignatedHero heroes]] are completely unlikable, and have voice acting that not only wastes the talent of famous names like Creator/RobPaulsen (among one of the ''very few'' voice acting roles he is [[OldShame openly ashamed of]]), Creator/JimCummings, and Creator/TressMacNeille, but are also so ''incredibly ear-grating''. The only likeable character in the entire pilot is Arnold Armadillo, and sadly he is treated to a downright mean-spirited RunningGag involving his fear of getting run over by a truck. WebVideo/TheMysteriousMrEnter took an axe to it [[http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=yF7W1ZjjBjI here,]] as well as [[http://codenamereview.blogspot.com/2012/10/bubsy.html Tooncrap,]] [[http://cartoon-watching.blogspot.com/2012/03/bubsy-animated-series-pilot.html Nothing but Cartoons,]] and [[https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=FCy5ezK36hw Cartoon Palooza.]] There's also [[TheAnnotatedSeries an annotated version]] as well. Plus, there's the ongoing subplot involving [[PrecociousCrush Allen's crush on his 70-year-old principal]], played out in the most ''[[{{Squick}} disturbingly sexual]]'' [[BrainBleach way]] possible (you will never hear "[[Music/PhilCollins In the]] [[IsntItIronic Air Tonight]]" the same way ever again). UnfortunateImplications, indeed. The pilot received mostly negative reviews, and the show itself was canned after only 7 episodes in late 2011/early 2012.
