** There's a perfect example about five minutes in where Numbah 1 asks Numbah 362 why she gave up the job. She reveals how very exhausted she was by it and how she didn't want to deal with the stress anymore. Numbah 1 adamantly tells her that he thinks the job is perfect for her and makes it very clear he thinks she should take it back. Numbah 362 politely refuses and holds out her hand for him to shake, [[spoiler: at which point Numbah 1 reveals he was It all along, tells her she probably doesn't want to touch him, and leaves the bridge, still It. He could've forced the job on her at any time in the conversation, but instead tried to convince her to take it willingly.]]

* Ever wonder why Numbuh 3 loves Rainbow Monkeys so much? Well, in "Operation: C.L.U.E.S." we find out that her mother bought her them because she never had any dolls as a girl herself. And in "Operation: H.O.M.E.", we find out she had her first one since literally seconds after she was born.

** I'm not sure if I would call this heartwarming, but I certainly thought it was sweet in the LICORICE episode when Abby and Stickybeard (who are usually at odds) team up to save Heinrich, and then at the end Heinrich has a brief moment of gratitude.

* During Operation P.O.O.L, whenever someone knew a doppleganger by looking into their eyes. It's incredibly cheesy, but still sweet.

* During Operation P.O.O.L, whenever someone knew a doppleganger when Numbuh Four's friends get switched with negative doppelgangers from another universe, Numbuh Four only manages to figure it out by looking into their eyes. Numbuh Three's eyes, which are filled with cruelty that the real Numbuh Three does not possess. Ergo, they must be from a negative universe, he figured that out by ''being a friend!'' It's incredibly cheesy, but still sweet.

* Decommissioning may be scary, especially in context of the show, but think of it this way: these kids sign up knowing that they will lose all memory of a considerable chunk of their childhood, all of their [[CrowningMomentOfAwesome adventures]] and [[{{Nakama}} friends]], in order to protect the right of other children to, well, be kids. A HeroicSacrifice indeed.

** Another Numbuh 86 one: at the end of Operation S.L.U.M.B.E.R, Numbuh 3, seeing that no-one else is willing to be 86's friend due to her acting like such a {{Jerkass}} most of the time, insists that ''she'll'' be her friend anyway.

* In Operation Z.E.R.O, after [[spoiler: Sector Z is brought back and told that the effects of the recommissioning module are only temporary]] the girl with pigtails looks incrdibly sad. The African-American guy puts his hand on her shoulder and she reaches up and puts her hand on his hand. It's very brief, but very cute in a [[TearJerker sad]] sort of way.

** When Numbuh One is saying goodbye to his parents, who were both recommissioned so that they could better understand the opportunity their son had been given. His mother is understandably weepy but supportive, but seeing the legendary try to fight back crying as he wishes his son luck is so touching.
