* In the premiere, "City Primeval," Clement Mansell laments modern economics to Sandy Stanton, telling her that he recently tried to mug a guy, putting a gun to his head, and he asked if he could Venmo him. He says it made him so depressed he went straight to the nearest bar and just drunk himself stupid.

* 2x8 and 2x9, "The Spoil" & "Brother's Keeper" - The ''entire'' relationship between Carol Johnson and Raylan. Raylan is entirely put off that he's stuck on an escort mission protecting her, while Carol has taken a serious shine to him physically speaking and makes multiple transparent attempts to seduce him. The most Emmy worthy moment is when he's taken her to her hotel room and is in the middle of explaining part of his backstory. Carol walks out of her room with her robe completely open, displaying quite the lovely body, and Raylan--without missing a beat as he's talking--notices and very deliberately lifts his eyes above her plentiful cleavage.

** Another priceless interaction, after the "bomb scare" in the church:
-->'''Carol''': My heart's still pounding. ''{{Beat}}'' Wanna feel?
-->'''Raylan''': ''(deadpan)'' You've had enough excitement for one day.
** And then there's the bit before Carol goes in to try and make a deal with Mags and her family. She tells Raylan to remain outside, which he protests, but she insists she'll be fine before she leans down and gives him one big ole kiss on the lips. The utter exasperation on Raylan's face is ''hysterical.'' She insists it's for good luck, but it in no way fools him.

According to WordOfGod, Timothy Olyphant was laughing the entire time they were shooting that scene because he found the scenario so hilarious and horrifying at the same time.

It's Peak Tim Gutterson.
