* How did something like the Champion remix featuring RM from Music/{{BTS}} come about? Pete was at an arcade with his son when he noticed someone entering and a ''ton'' of people following them. Turns out that RM is a massive ''VideoGame/DanceDanceRevolution'' fan and when Pete saw a guy like him getting that much attention, he looked into it and the collab happened. While Pete had some base familiarity with K-pop, it didn't dawn on him how popular BTS actually was before [=ARMYs=] made the collaboration a massive worldwide trending topic on Twitter before the song had officially come out. Long live the ARMY hearts!

* Joe taking a mental health break from the band as they prepared to launch their first album in 5 years isn’t funny. What's funny is that, rather than just proceed without him, the band get around his absence in the music video for "Love From the Other Side" by having a wizard turn him into a large raccoon.

* As the support act for Music/{{Blink 182}} on their reunion tour, a particularly ornery guy threw a bottle at Fall Out Boy. When asked by Pete why he did so, the guy goes "Play blink!" The band says no, tells him to be more patient, and offers to play ''any'' song in their catalog to shut the guy up. "Play blink!" Fall Out Boy instead plays an incredibly unrehearsed version of [[{{Music/Journey}} Don't Stop Believing]]. They'd continue to play "Don't Stop Believing" for the rest of the tour, even bringing [[Music/PanicAtTheDisco Brendon Urie]] into it.
