* The Section 6 interlude reveals that Browser is a fake made out of glass, which completely shocks him.

The Mayor's wife decides you're her man now that the mayor is dead, the investigation turns up the Market Penguin crime syndicate led by Lao Sin, and then there's the resolution to the case, where the president reveals he hit Herringvai's head, but Herringvai says he hit the president's head and kills Market Penguins on the side. In other words, unlike the vanilla game, there ''is'' a murder mystery going on.

His entire quest line has the conversation follow this exact trend - of Mario saying no, but the old man rambling on about women anyway - over and over again.

* Shortly after getting the "Enter Blimp" to gain access to Glitzville (with Carbon stating that he will take it), Mario receives an email from Carbon's father. It starts out normal (For Book of Mario standards), but then he says:

* Just how rude the Detective is. Seriously, he is SUPER rude to you, even when you're supposed to be assisting him.

* The Crests are worth a look, since you can get things like Racism Crest and Runs Well ("Mario calls his father to increase his force by 2"). Since Runs Well encourages a [[GlassCannon Danger Mario]] Crest build, you will constantly hear the low Heart Point beeping, so Mario REALLY might be calling his dad for power.
