Immediately strange things begin to happen; all the clocks stop at 3:06 AM, doors move on their own, birds crash against the windows, something invisible grabs one of the daughters by the leg at night. The phenomena escalates in terror and violence, until the Perrons enlist the help of experienced paranormal investigators Ed and Lorraine Warren.
