Loki, after letting go of the Bifrost, lands in someone's dustbins. Whose? The cast of Being Human of course. A really touching story about personal growth, acceptance, healing, and rhinos. Everybody is written well and in-character.
** Seconded, so much. A tremendous read even if you, like me, don't really know Being Human. [[ShownTheirWork The author gives so much thought to detail, for example the nature of Loki's magic, and creates such a believable setting that it keeps your eyes glued to the screen.]] I can especially recommend "Brother's Keeper" if you're looking for a reasonable account of [[AlternativeCharacterInterpretation how the relationship between Loki and Thor could improve under the right circumstances]], that also happens to have quite an exciting plot.

The fic is still in progress, but is still worth reading.
