** @/{{randomfanboy}}: Tenthed! Characterisation is spot on! Writing is good! Worst I can say is that it feels a bit weird when things get too Doctor Who-ish (i.e. when the very Who-ish villain shows up) but it's many good aspects outweigh that one bad one.

** Seconded by TheOtakuNinja - I was initially skceptical, but upon reading it, I found my heart breaking by the very end. You ''want'' the Doctor to save Michael, but you know he just ''can't''. Damned laws of time travel...

** A word of warning to those [[NoHuggingNoKissing who hate shipping in Doctor Who]]: many of the oneshots are either [[StrangledByTheRedString Doctor/Rose]] or [[FoeYay Doctor/Master]], and can get slightly repetitive at times. However, the overemphasis on shipping is nicely balanced out by a wicked sense of humor, fascinating character studies, and brilliant story ideas. [[spoiler: Meta-Crisis Tenth Doctor slowly transforming into the Valeyard]] is a particularly good one that gets expanded on more and more throughot the oneshots. A great way to spend [[DoorStopper the better part of a month]].

* Comment: This is an excellent 'fic with spot-on characterisation. It's laugh-out-loud funny, but it's also incredibly bittersweet, and highly worth reading.

* Comments: In a lot of Doctor/Master fics their true characters can get lost under the fluff. There is fluff in this one, but there's an undercurrent of darkness and you never forget that the Master and the Doctor could ever have a normal, healthy relationship. This is one of the best Doctor/Master fics out there. Period.

* Comments: This is an OT3, so there is Tencest. The ending is very much a tearjerker; make sure you have tissues on hand. It manages to retell two episodes from Doctor Who without seeming like the author looked up the script and wrote out the whole thing with some names changed. Readers will be able to follow along, even if they don't remember the episode very well, as the fic describes various events that originated from the canon in a way that makes some people go, "Oh, yes, I remember that," and others think, "Hmm, I can't quite place this, but it makes sense and it fits." It's extremely well-written, with nary a grammatical or spelling mistake, and it could very well be a season of Doctor Who, if not for that fact that it's NSFW (there's explicit sex scenes) and it features polyamory. My biggest problem with it is that it ends, but what an ending!)
