After quite a few hectic events, [[Machinima/RedVsBlue Red Team and Blue Team]] finally settle down in their valhalla bases for some well-earned rest. Or, they would be, if Sarge didn't keep trying to start the conflict up again. But all that nonsense is swept under the rug as mishap involving trying to toast some toast with Caboose's nuclear-powered toaster sends the crew hurtling through the dimensions.

* BalefulPolymorph: All the [=RvB=] cast become ponies. [[spoiler: Even Maine]].

* FlatEarthAtheist: Washington, despite becoming a unicorn and rapidly advancing in magic, doubt's Celestia's godhood. Celestia shows him how wrong he is, but appreciates his skepticism in a world filled with gullible ponies.

* [[spoiler: EvilPlan: The Meta picks up where he left off; gaining power. Except he's made the switch from 'stealing AIs' to 'stealing magic'.]]

* BrilliantButLazy: Grif is now a pegasus, and his speed in an emergency is said to rival Rainbow Dash's. He still prefers to [[MundaneUtility sleep on clouds, where Sarge can't reach him]].
** [[FridgeBrilliance The speed part makes more sense when you consider he got the Super-Speed augmentation for his armor in Revelation]].
** In this story, Sarge claims that Grif is [[BeyondTheImpossible too lazy to die.]] Which actually explains a lot in-canon...

* UnspokenPlanGuarantee: Sarge doesn't risk saying ANYTHING about his own plan to [[spoiler: beat the Meta]] to anypony who isn't important to the plan. Nor is it ever explained to us until it happens. Naturally, it goes off without a hitch.

Ath the same time, Twilight Sparkle's test run of a teleportation spell is interupted by the arrival of 7 strange new ponies. Though extremely out of tocuh with the new world they have entered, the [=RvB=] crew quickly become it's only defense from another threat they brought with them.

* VitriolicBestBuds: Just as present here as it is in the [=RvB=] series. The starkness in contrast to the TrueFriendship of the [=MLP=] series is, as Celestia puts it, "refreshing".

* CrowningMomentOfHeartwarming: The dream sequence with Fluttershy and Tex is this, as the freelancer helps comfort Fluttershy on her general weakness in a fight and tells her that her skills as TheMedic, and the other ones, are just as important, if not more.

* CerebusSyndrome: The story stated as the [=RvB=] cast thrown into a SugarBowl setting, and trying and failing to fit in. [[spoiler: Then Maine appears.]]
