** While having been successful in saving a homeless man from suicide in "Lucky", Walker was far from successful in Season 8's "[[Recap/WalkerTexasRangerS8E10RiseToTheOccasion Rise to the Occasion]]". The start of the episode had 12-year-old middle school student Henry Monroe doing this after being bullied just one too many times due to his poverty-stricken life. Walker attempts to talk Henry down, but fails miserably, and finds it hard to forget the sheer look of hopelessness he had before he ended his life that [[ManlyTears it made even]] ''[[ManlyTears him]]'' [[ManlyTears cry]]. Walker later decided to turn his sorrow into action in trying to have the school improve its image.
