* IAmNotMyFather: Christian's father appears for the finale. Christian is uncharacteristically uncomfortable when he arrives and is revealed to be a serial womanizer going through a midlife crisis, and is [[OutOfCharacterMoment genuinely angry] when Kelsey makes a joke about the two's similarities.

The suave former host of WesternAnimation/TotalDramaPresentsTheRidonculousRace. He and Chris seem to be friends on the surface, but after the Ridonculous Race—Don's pride and joy—was prematurely cancelled, Don would love nothing more to take over Chris's show for himself.

* GoOutWithASmile: Roald isn't upset at all once he's finally eliminated, instead he's just happy he made so many friends (and a girlfriend).

* AnythingThatMoves: After a "dry spell" of one week, he falls into this, even claiming he'd have sex with Chef.
* TheCasanova: Isabella was certainly into him, as are Erica, Artemis, and [[EvenTheGuysWantHim potentially Kingsley]]. It's even implied he and Isabella have sex.
* TheChewToy: Christian is put through the wringer starting with Isabella's boot, and things only get worse from there - he's rejected, manipulated, used, and even beaten up by a 12-year-old. Of course, it's all PlayedForLaughs.

* JerkWithAHeartOfGold: Most of his worst moments come from stupidity or horniness, and his eventual interactions with Frances, Suvir, and company show he's not ''that'' bad a guy.

* ShipTease: Early on with Isabella, but it's abandoned for a number of reasons. He later tries to develop these with Erica and Kelsey, with mixed results. When those endeavors also fail, he returns to Isabella and is rebuffed.
* ShirtlessScene: Partakes in these frequently, sometimes with no warning at all.

* AttentionWhore: This is especially apparent in her interactions with Christian, who she's constantly seeking validation from.

* InsaneTrollLogic: All her excuses to justify her cheating on Jacob come off as this.

* HandsomeLech: He constantly hits on the women on his team, and the only reason he ever comes close to success is his attractiveness.

* BitchInSheepsClothing: She attempts to be this, but isn't hiding the "bitch" part very well.

* ItsAllAboutMe: All of Erica's attempts to befriend and bond with her teammates are only so she can feel better about herself.

* TookALevelInKindness: This is her ultimate goal, though it doesn't seem to be working yet.

* TheyDo: He and Kelsey finally make their romance official, right before he's voted off.

* ShipTease: Early on with Christian, but she abandons it for a number of reasons. Later, she gets some with Miles, of all people.

* StepfordSmiler: Most definitely. She's very anxious, but covers it up with humor and leadership.
* TheyDo: She and Graham finally make their romance official, right before Graham is voted off.

* ShipTease: With Rachel - it's short-lived, however, since she makes it clear she's not into him romantically. He later gets some with Isabella, of all people, at the loser lodge.

Suvir is your average conspiracy theorist. He didn't release too many details about his life to the Total Drama staff, as he believes they are a secret organization run by lizard people, so his bio is rather sparse. All we know is that he joined the show to escape the "capitalist hellhole" that is America.

* AlphaBitch: Was one in high school and prior to the show. She's trying to turn over a new leaf on Total Drama, but

* ArchNemesis: Seems to think Christian is his, but Christian barely knows he exists.

* DoggedNiceGuy: Well, he considers himself a "nice guy" and tries to court Isabella at the loser lodge. When she inevitably rejects him, he seems more embarrassed than anything else.

* NoSocialSkills: He's a recluse who spends every waking moment online and can't seem to talk to anyone without insulting them. Eventually, [[FunPersonified Roald]] helps him come out of his shell.

* SesquipedalianLoquaciousness: Talks like this, likely in an attempt to seem smarter than he is.

* TookALevelInBadass: Thanks to rigorous gym training, Boris learns to use his girth in powerful ways.

* DumbBlonde: He's not particularly smart, at one point mistaking French for German.

* AttentionWhore: This is especially apparent in her interactions with Christian, who she seems to constantly want validation from.

* LovableAlphaBitch: Erica is hilariously transparent and rude, but has a sweet side. This changes midway through the story as she becomes a lot less sympathetic.

* GracefulLoser: Once he finally gets voted out at the final five, thanks to [[EtTuBrute Frances flipping]], he's at peace, having realized that he doesn't care about the money nearly as much as the fact he got to meet Kelsey.

* GoodCounterpart: Of [[Characters/TotalDramaKillerBass Courtney]] from the canon series. Kelsey is a lot more friendly and far less aggressive, but she comes with her own issues.

* ObliviousToLove: Perhaps due to everything else on her mind, Kelsey has zero clue that her close friend Graham is in love with her.

* ThePerfectionist: Perhaps to a fault, which is where her weakness lies.

* SingleWomanSeeksGoodMan: She often calls Graham, whom she has ShipTease with, "sweet boy" and seems to appreciate his kindness—and rejects the advances of the libertine Christian.

* {{Adorkable}}: Clearly, between his overly indulgent poetry, his nervous nature, and his strange, out-of-touch attempts at romancing women.

* {{Adorkable}}: While she isn't traditionally dorky, her witty remarks and her slightly clueless attempts at romance with Graham would fall under here.

* YourCheatingHeart: She admits to Miles that she's cheated on her boyfriend before, which sends him into a rage... and then there's her relationship with Christian.

* ShoutOut: Her whole character is a reference to Sweet Dee from Series/ItsAlwaysSunnyInPhiladelphia, and she was named after the character's actress.

* {{Narcissist}}: Although not quite at Chris's level, Don thinks very highly of himself, but unlike Chris, he has the skills and personality to back it up.

* TookALevelInKindness: Just barely, but it’s there. By the time he gets voted out, he’s actually made a couple friends and is legitimately touched to be considered a threat.

* AntiHero: She's reclusive, vindictive, passive-aggressive, and most of her attempts at friendship fail miserably, but compared to Erica she's unmistakably the protagonist.

* ShoutOut: He was designed after a [=YouTuber=] of the same name (in name and appearance only, since the author knew very little about the real Kingsley's YouTube content).

* CloudCuckoolander: Some of the things he says and believes are flat-out bizarre.

* SharedFamilyQuirks: Suvir's father Rahul initially seems different... until he starts freaking out about imaginary health concerns just like his son.
