Her twin sister is Mélène, and they are goddesses of the moon, which is called Meltia. Her husband is Runir, though this only means that he is there to help her when she is overcome with her desires. Indeed, she recieved her sister's pulsions in exchange for her fertility.

She is the goddess of Motherhood and Dawn, and is associated to abnegation, loyalty, helpfulness and cake baking. Her twin sister is Ytia, and they are goddesses of the Moon, which is called Meltia. If she and her twin are very-much alike, Mélène is easily recognizable by her eternal pregnancy, as she is bears Ytia's children, who will in turn incarnate themselves into unborn children. Indeed, her sister gave her her own fertility after Vetherr devoured Mélène's. She is also called the Mother, and she appears to women giving birth to help them and reassure them.

* BeCarefulWhatYouWishFor: A particularly cruel instance of this trope: Blathnat blesses those with a creative mind by granting their deepest hidden wish, with no consideration for the reasons of that wish or its consequences. The mortal does not have a choice.

* MisanthropeSupreme: If he will not allow himself to enter any kind of conflict, he despises the other gods, seeing them as a distraction. The only exception is Runir, who is capable enough to handcraft anything the god of Creativity asks of him. Moreover, he is mute, and never disturbs him.
* TheOmniscient: It is impossible to see the back of his head, as no mortal or divine being can lay his eyes on Blathnat, without the god of Knowledge looking back at them. No being except Nyses, of course.

* ReasonableAuthorityFigure: Out of the whole pantheon, she is one of the calmest. [[TheStoic Runir]] and [[TopGod Zarkan]] are the only ones that have as much self-control as she does.

* DontFearTheReaper: If you accept death and the eternal rest it provides, she is a benevolent figure. However, if you do not...
* HairTriggerTemper: She is a fundamently benevolent goddess, but she cannot stand those who fail to honor their promise, [[DisproportionateRetribution no matter if they are forced into it]] or betray their oath of their own volition.

* TheSpeechless: Runir can understand the other gods, but he himself is mute.

Overcome with guilt and shame, he unites the tribes of kränelorian barbarians, forming an unstoppable army that frres the world of the forces of Virilus before uniting humanity in an empire that begins to massacre every non-human in Alkior in an effort to pay the debt he feels that he owes you.

* EveryoneCallsHimBarkeep: The Pyro-Barbarian is just his title, but he never gives his actual name, so that he can not be as easily caught when breaking the law.

* ProudWarriorRaceGuy: If he values his own qualities far more than the ones that come with being kränelornian and can criticize some aspect of his motherland, he is still proud to be a barbarian and hates goblins just as much as any other kränelornian.

* ArchEnemy: To Virilus, who lead the opposing force in the great war and saw him as[[WorthyOpponent his only worthy adversary among humans]]. How Uther himself felt about the whole thing is unknown.

* GenerationXerox: It is heavily implied that Uther showed qualities of each of the classes you can choose from. He used the same type of weapons and seemed to use his cooking pot in the same way his grandson now does.

* OneManArmy: His various [[IndyPloy Indy Ploys]] often had devastating effets on his enemies, be they alone or leeading an army, to the point that [[EvilOverlord Vir]][[GodhoodSeeker ilus]] recognised him as the only human he would have deemed worthy of joining him as his general, largely thanks to his cunning wits.

* TrademarkFavouriteFood: He accepted to officially join Erenner's army because they gave him dry sausages.

** He reappears later to free you and the PB from the jail you were locked in, gives you back your stuff, and tells you what happened in town during the last few days, before opening a [[SecretPath secret path]] and escaping the city for good. It is somewhat [[JustifiedTrope justified by the fact he plays the role of a [[NonActionGuy non-action guy]] and would probably be useless during the next two acts of the story.
* LongLived: Fanta has often taken an active role during the last century, and several characters have noted that he does not seem to age much, though he has assured Billy that [[FeelingTheirAge he was too old to keep up with his new life]].

* CharacterShilling: Even though different characters think highly of different gods, the fact that the [[Deuteragonist {{deuteragonist}}]] (namely the PB) follows Zarkan above all means that the god of honor is the most consistently praised.
* DudeShesLikeInAComa: Notably averted with Ytia. Zarkan often challenges the other gods and goddesses to a duel, and over time, he has won a night with every goddess except for Ytia: as soon as he realized that he was gonna win against what was little more than a child, the god of honor forfeited and accepted whatever she was gonna ask of him for her victory, before helping her back to her home.
* TheStoic: Zarkan rarely shows his emotions, his smile often being the way to understand his mood, but it does not mean that he is neutral. He took great pity on Ytia when he realized that she went mad, [[OOCISSeriousBusiness forfeting a duel for the first and last time in his existence]]. It is also noted that he has only laughed once.

* TheSmartGuy: Scholars like the Sorcerer or the Isborian academician may be far more literate and intelligent than you, if you chose the touristic pamphlet, you are able to read, [[TheDungAges which is quite rare in Erenner]]. Your time as a assistant to a travelling salesman also made you knowledgeable regarding mathematics.
