* ShipTease: She's implied to be in love with her sister's ex-boyfriend, Juandissimo, in "Fairy Idol."

* ButtMonkey: Every appearance has something bad happening to him. Hell, the first part of ''WesternAnimation/{{Wishology}}'' shows that when Jorgen turned all the other fairies into gumballs and hid them in a gumball machine at a gas station diner, Binky is at the very bottom of the machine and he is subsequently chewed on first when the hiding place is thwarted by a bespectacled and overweight kid discovering it, to boot.

* GooGooGetup: Cupid has confirmed in several of his appearances that he's wears diapers as part of his outfit. He has also [[TheDiaperChange used them as well]] in said appearances.

* RememberTheNewGuy: After learning that his fairy godmother has a sister, Timmy questions why he had never met (or even heard of) Blonda prior to "Blondas Have More Fun." When Wanda and Blonda see each other in person for the first time in a very long time...

* HeelFaceTurn: Seems to have softened up a little after Poof's birth. She doesn't insult Wanda as much as she used to (aside from briefly calling her "thoughtless" in one episode) and Wanda at least seems to trust her enough to have her babysit Poof when he has to be left out of something.

* EveryoneLovesBlondes: She's identical to Wanda except for her blonde hair, and [[InformedAttractiveness is considered hotter]]. Subverted in "Fairy Idol," where she's revealed to be a natural brunette.

* RememberTheNewGuy: After first learning that Wanda has a sister, Timmy wonders why he's never met (or heard of) of Blonda prior to "Blondas Have More Fun."

* ShipTease: "Fairy Idol" implies that she's in love with her sister's ex-boyfriend, Juandissimo (she definitely finds him attractive).
* ThemeTwinNaming: Wanda and Blonda both rhyme.
* TwinSwitch: In "Blondas Have More Fun", she switches places with her sister Wanda to see which of them has things easier.

* AntiVillain: In episodes where he is with Remy, he is [[MyMasterRightOrWrong his godparent and has to grant all of his wishes.]] In ''Wanda's Day Off'', he acts like a jerk to his costumers and is constantly pressuring Wanda, but still respects her wishes enough (albeit reluctantly) and isn't really malicious. And in ''Jerk of All Trades'', he is just doing his new job and isn't malicious AT ALL. You can't really call him evil, he is mostly just a jerk. Later episodes show he was actually on good terms with Cosmo back at the Fairy Academy.
* BabyMorphEpisode: He is one of the four fairies Timmy invites over to de-age into infancy and provide Poof with other fairy babies to interact with in "Poof's Playdate".
* BigBad: He is the main antagonist in the PC version of the ''VideoGame/TheFairlyOddparentsBreakinDaRules'' video game, as he dupes Timmy into wishing away Da Rules book so that Cosmo and Wanda will be forced to go back to Fairy Academy and he will therefore have a shot at getting Wanda back from Cosmo.
* TheCasanova: He flirts with just about any woman he sees, but the only woman he truly loves is Wanda.

* GratuitousSpanish: He is prone to using random Spanish words and phrases when he is talking. And yet, [[FridgeLogic weirdly enough]], in "Stupid Cupid" he claims that he doesn't know what the phrase "Muy caliente" means, he just knows that it's "Spanish for something".
* HeelFaceTurn: In later episodes, where it's implied that he is no longer Remy's godparent, he is pretty helpful at best and a harmless nuisance at worst.

* LadykillerInLove: While lots of female fairies clearly love Juandissimo [[EvenTheGuysWantHim (and even some male fairies seem to feel the same way)]], Juandissimo's still has his feelings for his ex-girlfriend, Wanda, the only woman he's ever truly loved.

* LovableAlphaBitch: A rare male example. On one hand, Juandissimo is a self-absorbed {{Narcissist}} and a shameless flirt who keeps trying to win Wanda back even though she is HappilyMarried to Cosmo ([[DependingOnTheWriter more or less]]) and the fact that he works for Remy usually puts him in the antagonist role. On the other hand, he genuinely cares for Remy and is willing to break Da Rules to return to him after they get separated. In episodes where he ''isn't'' helping Remy, he can be a surprisingly chill guy and even perfectly willing to help Timmy from time to time without any issue.

* MrFanservice: Invokes this continuously, being a handsome and muscular man whose shirt is constantly ripping off either by his flexing or spontaneously.

* PaperThinDisguise: As Timmy in "Birthday Bashed".

* ReformedButNotTamed: Even in episodes where he is on Timmy's side, he still acts like a narcissistic jerk.

* SmallNameBigEgo: He considers himself to be one of the greatest fairies alive--while many fairies (female and ''male'' alike) certainly find him attractive, but that's basically his only real "talent."
* StalkerWithACrush: On Wanda--even after she and Cosmo get married and have a son, he's still madly in love with and insists on pursuing her.

* WonderWomanWannabe: She is overtly a pastiche of ComicBook/WonderWoman, being not only the (Fairy) WorldsMostBeautifulWoman but outright borrowing several of WW's design elements, such as the tiara and star-spangled shorts. Most obvious in her debut episode "Shiny Teeth", where she equips Timmy with gadgets like bulletproof braces and a truth-forcing floss lasso.

* LovableAlphaBitch: A rare male example.

* {{Jerkass}}: Even ''Cosmo'' picks up on it in one episode.
** JerkassGods: Brags about his powers and taunts Timmy about his lack of control over his own love life. Not to mention the fact that he takes bribes (despite already being filthy rich).
** JerkWithAHeartOfGold: He's greedy, manipulative, and prideful, but genuinely cares about TrueLove. He is also quick to forgive Timmy for nearly killing him in “Love Struck!”

* InkSuitActor: He more or less looks like Creator/ButchHartman as a fairy and wearing a white coat as well as a head mirror.
* InsufferableGenius: Is egotistical when it comes to his medical knowledge.

* AmbiguouslyBi: His defining character trait is that he's still madly in love with Wanda, even though she's married with a child--but in "Wishology," it's implied that he and [[AmbiguouslyGay Cupid]] are dating.

* BigBad: He is the main antagonist in the PC version of the ''VideoGame/TheFairlyOddparentsBreakinDaRulse'' video game, as he dupes Timmy into wishing away Da Rules book so that Cosmo and Wanda will be forced to go back to Fairy Academy and he will therefore have a shot at getting Wanda back from Cosmo.

* BigBad: He is the main antagonist in the PC version of the ''Breakin' Da Rules'' video game, as he dupes Timmy into wishing away Da Rules book so that Cosmo and Wanda will be forced to go back to Fairy Academy and he will therefore have a shot at getting Wanda back from Cosmo.

Cosmo's mother, she hates her daughter-in-law and would love nothing more than to see the marriage fail. She is voiced by Jane Carr.

Cosmo's older brother, who's lied to his little brother about being a secret agent when in truth he's just a con artist with a habit of dine-and-dashing. Voiced by Creator/DanaCarvey.

Wanda's father, and head of the garbage collection in Fairy World. He runs the whole thing like the mob, and is even able to intimidate Jorgen. He hates Cosmo (mostly because of his stupidity and refusal to listen to Wanda) but actually loves Mama Cosma for hating Wanda just as much. He is voiced by ''Series/TheSopranos'' star Tony Sirico.

Wanda's twin sister, who looks identical to her except for the fact that she has blonde hair instead of pink hair. Blonda's the female lead of "All My Biceps," a popular soap opera in Fairy World--despite her success as an actress, she's never won a Zappy-award and is the only fairy in Fairy World (even her sister, Wanda, has won one) to not have one. She is voiced by Creator/JuliaLouisDreyfus in her first appearance, and by Creator/TaraStrong in her following appearances.

Remy's fairy godfather who also happens to be Wanda's ex-boyfriend. He's extremely vain and narcissistic, and despite how his name looks, it's pronounced "Wan-DISS-e-mo". Voiced by Creator/CarlosAlazraqui.

The fairy of love and the patron saint of Valentines Day. He is voiced by Creator/TomKenny.

The most popular fairy, and the one who travels between Earth and Fairy World the most. She married Jorgen. Voiced by Creator/GreyDeLisle.

Fairy World's most unlucky resident. He seems to work as Jorgen's assistant. Voiced by Creator/DeeBradleyBaker.

The patron saint of April Fools Day, this fairy loves to pull pranks and tell jokes. Unfortunately, his jokes can sometimes get out of hand. He is voiced by Creator/DaranNorris.

Fairy World's resident doctor, he delivers his lines in an over the top, soap opera fashion. Voiced by Creator/ButchHartman.

Two celebrities in Fairy World. Billy Crystal Ball is a talk show host as well as host of the Zappys. Simon is an executive in charge of several reality shows and a judge on Fairy Idol. Both are voiced by Creator/CarlosAlazraqui.

Fairy World's resident news reporter. She's always looking out for news, particularly if it involves baby Poof. She is voiced and named after Mary Hart.

A group of fairies that govern Fairy World. Their acts include forbidding any more fairies to be born and selecting the ChosenOne. They are voiced by Creator/TomKenny (?).
