** In "The Audition": When Tom was asked by Angela on what gets on his nerves, Tom presents how he plays around with touching Bens equipment while Ben told him to stop, when Tom was playfully poking him when irritated, Ben forcefully jumps onto him since he was annoyed.

* InsufferableGenius: While not entirely arrogant about his intelligence, he can show bits of a snarky, snooty and entitled genius whenever he believes that IntelligenceEqualsIsolation, can be prone to being EnragedByIdiocy whether if it was just Tom or [[PluckyComicRelief Hank]] goofing around, or he can feel like he is SurroundedByIdiots or being superior than others at having a high intellect sometimes. Sometimes his stubborn and grumpy nature can cause from other's mischief and can potentially be problematic so when his friends do understand what he's saying but think he's being 'unreasonable', [[DontTouchItYouIdiot Ben usually has to inform this more directly or use tons of reminders like sticky notes of not touching his property cause Ben can be quite rational with what really shouldn't be messed around with]] and has his reasons.

* PluckyComicRelief: Along with other characters, when Ben shows how funny he can be out of telling science jokes, he can be ''really'' amusing!

* TVGenius: He is this due to how he is mainly characterized at only being a programming genius.

* PluckyGirl: Like Tom, she's very optimistic, peppy, & motivated with her thoughts and feelings (unless she gets dramatic when [[BerserkButton being labeled as bad at singing]]). She can also be very determined with her passionate singing and positive spirit she has when [[BadassAdorable it's called for]].

* WideEyedIdealist: In typical fashion, she is capable of being helpful and wise, but is also quite naive and cheerful.

A gray, [[FunPersonified fun-loving]] [[WideEyedIdealist tabby cat]] and is the leader of the group.

* WideEyedIdealist: An happy-go-lucky cat who is usually full of idealism and [[ThePollyanna positivity,]] while a bit wise, he's usually naive with pretty much everything while fun-loving or not.

* DogsAreDumb: Hank is usually seen as TheDitz, CloudCuckooLander, TheFool or an KindheartedSimpleton with his friends due to how [[PluckyComicRelief silly]], ditzy and [[SuperGullible gullible]] he can be. But he is rather moderately dimwitted and more of an GeniusDitz than anything.
* DumbassNoMore: Interestingly enough, due to Hank learning more about his mistakes, gaining experience/wisdom and getting smarter & more sympathetic as the show goes on, instead of being [[{{Flanderization}} flanderized]] or [[TookALevelInDumbass getting dumber,]] he goes from being an very foolish if somewhat useful and slightly wise [[TheDitz scatterbrain]] to grow as an [[PluckyComicRelief comical]] and naive yet competent GeniusDitz.

* PluckyComicRelief: Due to his oddball tendencies as an GeniusDitz, he can be very comical or pretty funny whenever driven into insanity (for an plot where he has a problem) or when he can just be silly and [[FunPersonified fun-loving]] on his own.

* OutOfCharacterMoment: In ''Hank the Director'', when it was his birthday and his friends wanted to help him make his parody of his show [[DidntThinkThisThrough after a mistake they made]]; Hank becomes pretty condescending, grumpy, bossy, unhappy, antipathetic, demanding if clueless in some areas due to Hank [[TheDitz being Hank]], and excessively detail-oriented to the point that he seems to look like an [[InsufferableImbecile obnoxious imbecile]], but he learns [[{{AnAesop}} An Aesop]] from the flaws from an perfectionist's perspective of having fun.

* ButtMonkey: Ginger can be prone to this at times [[DidntThinkThisThrough when he makes his mistakes]], either if it's with attempting to deceive/manipulate Hank or being giving himself some comeuppance for his selfish behavior that helps making him more a nicer kitten over time like in the episode: "Untalking Tom"; Ginger has a brief [[KidHero younger version]] of an BuffoonishTomCat moment when he steals Tom's soup Angela made, ''not realizing that the soup was the chili pepper version of soup Angela made, Ginger runs with a cartoony, burning mouth gag like how Tom had this effect by accident.
