[[quoteright:250:http://static.tvtropes.org/pmwiki/pub/images/lucio.png \\
[-Real Name: Lúcio Correia dos Santos\\
Age: 26\\
Occupation: DJ, Freedom Fighter\\
Base of Operations: Rio de Janeiro, Brazil\\
Affiliation: None-]]]

->"Come on, let's bring it together!"

->Voiced by: Jonny Cruz (English), Creator/EduardoGarza (Latin American Spanish), Ricardo Escobar (European Spanish), Creator/KazuyukiOkitsu (Japanese), Donald Reignoux (French)

Lúcio is an international celebrity who inspires social change through his music and actions.

Lúcio Correia dos Santos grew up in Rio de Janeiro, in a poor and crowded favela that was hit hard by the financial upheaval following the Omnic Crisis. As Brazil began the long process of recovery, he wanted to find a way to lift the spirits of those around him. He found his answer in music and its power to bring people together and even help them forget their troubles, if only for a short time. He performed on street corners, in block parties, and as he got older, at a string of legendary underground shows.

But Lúcio's close-knit community was thrown into chaos when the multinational Vishkar Corporation secured a contract to redevelop large tracts of the city. Lúcio and his neighbors had been told that the development would improve their lives. However, that promise never became a reality. Vishkar imposed controls on the residents in the name of building a more orderly society: enforcing curfews, cracking down on what the company perceived as lawless behavior, and exploiting the populace as a cheap labor force.

Lúcio wouldn't stand for it. He stole Vishkar sonic technology that had been used to suppress the people, and he converted it into a tool to rally them to action. In a popular uprising, they drove Vishkar out of their neighborhoods. Lúcio's leadership made him a star overnight and a symbol for positive social change. His music skyrocketed in popularity. Whereas he had once performed locally, he was now filling arenas across the world.

With his newfound fame, Lúcio realizes that he has an opportunity to make a difference and change the world for the better.

Lúcio is a Support character able to battle his enemies and heal his allies through music. His Sonic Amplifier is able to fire short bursts of sound at enemies, or let out a large blast to knock them back. His first ability, Crossfade, has him switch between two songs to either speed up or heal himself and allies. His second ability, Amp It Up, has him increase the volume of his music, increasing the effect of the current song. In his ultimate, Sound Barrier, he slams the Sonic Amplifier into the ground, causing protective waves to echo out and protect his allies with shields that dissipate over time. Lúcio is also able to run on walls with a simple jump near one, allowing him to surprise enemies and get around quickly.
-----
* AnimalMotifs: The frog. He carries a tattoo of one on his right arm, and also has a frog logo on his shirt, along with a backpack that bears resemblance to an open-mouthed frog.
** His Legendary "Ribbeat" and "Hip Hopper" skins also look like frogs.
* BlowYouAway: The secondary fire of his Sonic Amplifier knocks enemies away with a blast of sound.
* BoringButPractical: His healing from Crossfade is not very fast, but it is passive and has an area-of-effect.
* ColourCodedForYourConvenience: His weapon and skates glow green, if Crossfade is set to speed boost, or yellow, if Crossfade is set to healing.
* CombatMedic: Most of his special abilities revolve around shielding, and passively healing or boosting the speed of his allies, and even has the power to bolster the effectiveness of his own abilities. His sonic device can also do light damage and knock enemies away.
* DiscoTech: His weapons utilize music as a supportive and offensive force, and playing different music activates abilities that have varying effects on himself and his allies.
* DreadlockRasta: He has dreadlocks, and is against oppressive authoritarian figures. He was even the instigator of a local uprising when the Vishkar Corporation took over his home and exploited his neighbors. If you changed the blue in his outfit to red, he'd even match the colors.
* FriendlyRivalry: Has a minor one with Tracer over who's the fastest.
* GeniusBonus: One of his special lines is "That's how you get Tinnitus!" Tinnitus is a ringing or buzzing in the ears.
* GroundPunch: His ultimate has him doing this with his Sonic Amplifier, producing protective waves of sound to echo out and protect his nearest allies with shields that dissipate over time. It's even part of the ultimate's mechanics: if he doesn't punch the ground, the ultimate doesn't activate.
* HealThyself: His healing from Crossfade also affects him.
* TheKnightsWhoSaySquee: Turns out he's a fan of D.Va as much as she is a fan of him. They ask each other for their autographs when on a team together.
* MeaningfulName: Lúcio is a Portuguese/Spanish/Italian form of the Roman Lucius, which is derived from the Latin lux, which means "light".
* MusicalAssassin: While he may not be a hitman, his weapon and most of his abilities are built around this.
* NiceGuy: Very friendly and upbeat.
* NotEvenBotheringWithTheAccent: Despite being Brazilian, Lúcio speaks with an American accent.
* NotSoDifferent: To Symmetra. Despite their philosophical differences, both are talented individuals with RagsToRiches backgrounds, and genuinely believed in improving the world (in their own ways).
* RagsToRiches: From a kid growing up in a favela hit hard by financial upheaval to a world-famous celebrity.
* RollerbladeGood: Travels around the field using rollerskates. One of the things he can do is skate along walls! Two of his Legendary skins replace the rollerblades with ice skates.
* ShoutOut:
** Lúcio's appearance and play style are very reminiscent of VideoGame/JetSetRadio. Alternatively, his facial features, outfit, and highly mobile playstyle could also be a reference to VideoGame/Brink.
** One of his voice clips (You gotta believe!) is rapping dog VideoGame/ParappaTheRapper's catch phrase.
* StoneWall: His health is average at best, but Lucio can constantly recover health thanks to Crossfade, making him deceptively durable in long-term firefights, while his ultimate grants both himself and his allies a massive temporary shield. However, he offers very little in the ways of damage output.
* TechnoWizard: Converted Vishkar's technology (which he stole) into weaponized DiscoTech that he uses in battle.
* WallRun: His passive ability.

[-Real Name: Angela Ziegler\\
Age: 37\\
Occupation: Field Medic, First Responder\\
Base of Operations: Zürich, Switzerland\\
Affiliation: Overwatch (formerly)-]]]

->"Heroes never die."

->Voiced by: Lucie Pohl (English), Circe Luna (Latin American Spanish), Adelaida López (European Spanish), Creator/SayakaOhara (Japanese), Sybille Tureau (French)

A guardian angel to those who come under her care, Dr. Angela Ziegler is a peerless healer, a brilliant scientist, and a staunch advocate for peace.

Ziegler rose to become the head of surgery at a prominent Swiss hospital before pioneering a breakthrough in the field of applied nanobiology that radically improved the treatment of life-threatening illnesses and injuries. It was this expertise that attracted the attention of Overwatch.

Because her parents had been taken by war, Ziegler was opposed to the organization's militaristic approach to keeping global peace. Ultimately, she recognized that Overwatch offered her the opportunity to save lives on a much larger scale. As Overwatch's head of medical research, Angela sought to leverage her work for healing in frontline crises. The result was the Valkyrie swift-response suit, which Ziegler herself piloted on many Overwatch missions.

Despite her contributions to Overwatch, she was often at odds with her superiors and the organization's overarching aims. When Overwatch dissolved, Ziegler dedicated herself to helping those affected by war.

Mercy is the quintessential Support character, having abilities meant to help sustain and heal her allies as they assault enemies. Her weapon, the Caduceus Blaster, is but a sidearm saved for emergencies. Her real claim to fame is her Caduceus Staff. The staff can channel energy into an ally, either healing them or boosting the damage they deal so long as she links it to them. Her ability Guardian Angel causes her to fly to a nearby allies position to assist them. Her next ability, Angelic Descent, allows her to fall gracefully down from a high distance without risk. Her ultimate, Resurrect, instantly revives and replenishes the ammo of any allies who recently died around her.
-----
* BilingualBonus: On her left shoulder is a winged circle insignia with the Latin phrase "Primum non nocere". In English, it means "First, do no harm".
** When using her ultimate, the enemy team hears "Helden sterben nicht", while her team mates hear the translation: "Heroes never die".
* BlueIsHeroic: Equipping her with the "Cobalt" skin replaces the white parts of her outfit with blue.
* BraidsOfAction: Her "Sigrún" and "Valkyrie" skins have a thick, single braid in their hair.
* CombatMedic: With more focus on the medic side, but can fight if she really, really has to.
* CreateYourOwnVillain: While it isn't clear whether or not had already started his descent into villainy when it happened, in-game dialogue between Reaper and Mercy hint that...whatever he is now was a direct result of something Mercy did.
* CuteMonsterGirl: When equipped with the "Devil" and "Imp" skins, which is ironic considering her motifs.
* DealWithTheDevil: Implied by using her ultimate with the "Devil" skin, which changes her line to "Heroes never die... for a price.".
* GoldAndWhiteAreDivine: Fitting her angelic appearance.
* HairOfGoldHeartOfGold: Her hair is a light platinum blonde, and is one of the nicest characters in the game. Her "Valkyrie" skin also has blonde hair, though it's more golden.
* HealThyself: Her Valkyrie suit will start to heal her a few seconds after she last took damage.
* HolyHalo: She has a golden headpiece that resembles one.
* InnocentBlueEyes: Has blue eyes, and is a kind and compassionate healer.
* Jetpack: The Valkyrie suit is built with a jetpack modelled after a pair of wings. This lets her instantly fly to an ally's side and slow her own descent.
* LesserOfTwoEvils: She vehemently opposed Overwatch's militaristic approaches to global crises and their overarching aims, but she knew that without Overwatch's technology and resources, she would never have the ability to heal large numbers of people as efficiently or quickly.
* LightIsGood: She wears equipment that makes her look angelic, only has a small sidearm for personal defense, her ultimate allows her to bring all her deceased teammates in the area back to life, and her backstory involves her having a very hard time reconciling her role as a healer with her employment by a militarized task force (even one as staunchly good and honorable as Overwatch was).
* MeaningfulName: Her real name is Angela, a Latin form of the Greek αγγελος, which means "messenger of God".
** Also, her codename "Mercy" is an act of kindness and forgiveness given towards someone whom one would normally punish or harm.
** Her Valkyrie-themed skin is named "Sigrún" which means "victory rune" in Old Norse and is the name of a Valkyrie who fell in love with a human, the warrior hero Helgi.
* OlderThanTheyLook: Mei remarks that she doesn't seem to have aged since their last meeting.
* OurAngelsAreDifferent: Not actually an angel, but her design and personality invokes the imagery of one, being a professional doctor who wears a powered suit of armor that makes her look like an angel. A theatrical teaser has her appearing to an injured child like an angel from heaven, compassionately reaching out a hand towards her.
* ParentalAbandonment: Her parents were among the many casualties of war.
* PoweredArmor: The "Valkyrie" suit allows her to reach allies in a short time and heal them efficiently.
* ReluctantWarrior: Abhors combat and violence, but is even more unwilling to stand on the sidelines and just watch people get hurt.
* SimpleStaff: While her Caduceus Staff is mainly for support, it can be used in melee attacks.
* Valkyries: Her "Sigrún" and "Valkyrie" skins are based off of this trope, complete with MercurysWings on the head.
* WhiteMagicianGirl: Her healing powers are entirely based on technology, but this trope still counts.
* WomanInWhite: Her outfit is predominately white, to denote her purity and angelic motifs.

[-Real Name: Satya Vaswani\\
Age: 28\\
Occupation: Architech\\
Base of Operations: Utopaea, India\\
Affiliation: Vishkar Corporation-]]]

->"The true enemy of humanity is disorder."

->Voiced by: Anjani Bhimani (English), Carla Castañeda (Latin American Spanish), Silvia Sarmentera (European Spanish), Creator/HitomiNabatame (Japanese), Tulika Srivastava (French)

Following the Omnic Crisis, the Vishkar Corporation of southern India began the laborious process of creating new, self-sustaining cities to house the nation's displaced population. One such city, Utopaea, was created using radical hard-light technology that enabled its architects to shape the city's streets, utilities, and living spaces in the blink of an eye.

After she was identified as one of the few capable of becoming a light-bending architect, young Satya Vaswani was plucked from extreme poverty and placed in the care of Vishkar's architect academy, never to return home. Isolated and lonely in her new life, Satya immersed herself in her education and training. She quickly grasped the applications of the technology and was one of the top students in her class. Satya approached hard-light manipulation differently than her peers, with their more procedural, mechanical constructions, instead weaving her constructs in the motions of the traditional dance of her homeland.

Though she was one of Utopaea's top architects, the Vishkar Corporation saw far greater potential in Satya's abilities. Giving her the moniker "Symmetra," Vishkar sent her on clandestine missions around the world to uphold its corporate interests and expand its influence into other countries.

Symmetra believes her actions serve the greater good in society. But there are times when she wonders whether the control and order she desires are truly best for humanity.

Symmetra is a Support character who can set up both offensive and defensive perimeters for allies, making their ventures much safer. Her Photon Projector fires out a short-range beam that homes in on a nearby enemy, dealing rapidly escalating damage until the chain is broken. She can also charge it up to release a slow-moving energy ball that deals heavy damage. Her first ability, Sentry Turret, summons a turret at the target location and can be attached to nearly any surface. The turret fires a beam of energy at enemies that deals damage and slows their movement. She can make up to six of these turrets at once. Her second ability, Photon Shield, places a shield around an ally, acting as additional, regenerating hitpoints for that ally, lasting until they die. Her ultimate, Teleporter, sets up an exit-pad that links to her team's spawn point. Allies who die and resurrect at the spawn point can enter an entry pad there that instantly teleports them to where she placed the exit pad. The teleport lasts a certain amount of uses or until destroyed.
-----
* AdultFear: Symmetra's backstory is this; imagine your child being taken away by a powerful company without warning, all because it wanted to exploit her amazing talents with light energy...and you never get to see her again.
* AntiVillain: Symmetra is a good-hearted lady, but she works for Vishkar Corporation, something of a nefarious MegaCorp that has made people suffer, as in the case of Lucio, while feeding her information that it's all for the greater good. She does have doubts, but her upbringing of being taken from home and groomed to be a top enforcer of Vishkar makes her unable to turn against the corporation.
* ArtificialLimbs: The design of her left arm, especially considering the palm-mounted device, seems to suggest it is a cybernetic replacement rather than a normal limb covered by armor. However, alternate skins seem to suggest it's just armor.
** Not necessarily debunked, but her "Architect" and "Vishkar" alternate skins show that it might be a sophisticated interfacing glove of somesort. Whether or not if those skins are her current work uniform or her in the past are unclear though, seeing as the comic has her in both her default and Vishkar outfits with no clear shots of her arm on the latter.
* BeamSpam: Both her weapon and her turrets fire continuous beams at enemies. There is even an achievement for hitting a single enemy with seven beams at once.
* BlueIsHeroic: Her outfit and gear is splashed with light blue; even her light constructs are blue. She's also one of the playable characters, and also a NobleTopEnforcer when compared to the much more corrupt co-workers of the company she works to.
* ChargedAttack: The secondary fire mode of her Photon Projector deals more damage the longer it was charged up. The primary fire, meanwhile, doubles its damage if held on a target long enough, and can double it again for truly monstrous amounts of close-ranged firepower.
* ChildProdigy: She was gifted at a very young age.
* CorporateSponsoredSuperhero: Even though she doesn't act like one.
* CorporateWarfare: Was recruited to help enforce the Vishkar Corporation's interests.
* CorruptCorporateExecutive: She isn't one, but the company she works for is. It's heavily implied, and outright stated in Lucio's backstory (They essentially took over his favela and turned it into a corporate dystopia, using his friends as cheap labor, among other things) that the Vishkar Corporation isn't exactly the noble company she thinks it is.
* DeflectorShields: One of her abilities.
* DifficultButAwesome: Symmetra is easily the hardest support to play well. Her shields don't provide much extra longevity compared to the other three support's abilities to heal, her turrets require an intimate knowledge of the map to flank people and have to constantly be repositioned because players rarely fall for the same trick twice. Her weapon does very strong damage, but the beam requires an extremely close range on a low health character or a bullet that moves so slowly you'll only land it reliably on an ambush. But played well, Symettra can use a well-guarded and hidden teleporter and high damage alt fire to completely shut down the enemy team.
* TheEngineer: Her entire tech revolves around in mobilizing the team and adding additional defenses in any situation.
* ForTheGreaterGood: She believes that the work she does for Vishkar, while unsavory, ultimately will make the world a better place. However, the comic short "A Better World" shows that she's starting to doubt how noble her company is.
* GadgeteerGenius: If there was such a crossover between two games, 2}} Gaige could be her Chaotic EvilCounterpart.
* HardLight: How she creates her devices.
* HartmanHips: About as wide as her shoulders.
* HighFunctioningAutism: Strongly implied in A Better World that she's somewhere on the autistic spectrum. She shows a number of traits associated with autism, such as savant-like tendencies (Vishkar Corporation noticed this at a young age, hence why they took her in), trouble socializing with people, dislike of large crowds, an obsession with structured environments (i.e. her obsession with order), and inability to empathize (why she can't understand the protesters being against Vishkar's operations).
* InspirationallyDisadvantaged: The A Better World comic has a monologue where she implies that she's somewhere on the autistic spectrum and that it used to bother her, but now it doesn't because she realizes it's granted her a natural affinity for light-bending technology.
* LeaningOnTheFourthWall: One of her highlight intros features her adjusting the position of the camera.
* LightEmUp: Manipulates hardlight constructs for her attacks and abilities.
* MeaningfulName: Her name "Symmetra" is based on the word "symmetry", which makes sense given her love for order.
** Her real name, Satya, means "truth" and/or "reality" in Sanskrit. Which may serve as a piece of Foreshadowing as she's currently having doubts about the company she's working with...
* NobleTopEnforcer: Symmetra is pretty much Vishkar's top enforcer... and also having the straightest morality scale compared to the others who endorses any shady activities as long as it is in line for the company's interest.
* NotSoDifferent: To Lúcio. Despite their philosophical differences, both are talented individuals with RagsToRiches backgrounds, and genuinely believed in improving the world (in their own ways).
* OneHitPointWonder: Her turrets.
* OrderVsChaos: Strongly believes that order is the surest way to peace. If Lúcio is in her team, the two would argue over whether freedom or order is better, or they'll quip that they aren't too happy with each other's company.
* PrimAndProperBun: Has this when equipped with the alternative "Vishkar" skin, which fits since she loves order. In the comic short "A Better World", it's confirmed that the aforementioned skin (and bun) is her standard employee uniform when working with her company.
* RagsToRiches: A light-bending architect prodigy, who originally came from an extremely poor family. The actual process that got her to where she was now...basically amounted to child-kidnapping on her company's part.
* RayGun: Her photon projector can fire either a short beam that homes in on an enemy or charged energy balls.
* SuperOCD: Symmetra is obsessed with order and perfection. In one of her intro videos, she is annoyed when the camera goes askew and corrects it. She has a similar problem when adjusting a painting in an office room. She even questions to herself how the crookedness isn't driving anyone else crazy.
* ThinkingUpPortals: She can spawn a portal that links directly to her team's spawn-point.
* TheTurretMaster: She can create energy turrets embedded on walls.
* TeleportersAndTransporters: She is able to create a portal between her team's starting point and any point in the map.
* ToBeLawfulOrGood: Falls heavily on the Lawful side, although she's having doubts.
* TrapMaster: Compared to Torbjorn's turrets, Symmetra's turrets are more along the lines of traps that are best set within narrow corridors to ambush her foes.
* UnorthodoxReload: Symmetra creates a small HardLight orb and feeds it into the side of her Photon Projector. This reloads it somehow.
* YouCantGoHomeAgain: The company Vishkar was responsible for this after seeing Symmetra's boundless potential as a light architect, taking away from her parents and preventing her from going back. No doubt this had some effect on her.
* WeakTurretGun: A single turret is nothing to write home about, but it slows enemies and can be created in bulk.

Years ago, following the Omnic Crisis, a group of outcast omnic robots experienced what they described as a spiritual awakening. They abandoned their preprogrammed lives to establish a communal monastery deep in the Himalayas. After many years of meditation on the nature of existence, they came to the belief that they were more than artificial intelligences and that, like humans, they possessed the essence of a soul.

Recognizing the spiritual equality they held with humans, the monks, led by the enigmatic robot known as Tekhartha Mondatta, sought to heal the wounds caused by the Omnic Crisis a generation earlier and bring humans and robots back into societal harmony. Their message was embraced by millions around the world, and they became global celebrities.

But one monk, Zenyatta, disagreed with this new direction. He believed that the way to repair the problems between humans and omnics was not through dogmatic teaching but through interpersonal connection and engagement.

Ultimately, Zenyatta followed his own path. He chose to leave the monastery and wander the world, helping those he meets to overcome their personal struggles and find inner peace. But, when necessary, he will fight to protect the innocent, be they omnic or human.

Zenyatta is a unique Support character who manipulates special Orbs to hinder enemies and assist allies. His first ability, Orb of Destruction, causes him to fling destructive energy at foes. The ability can either be fired in short bursts, or can be charged for a rapid fire attack. His second ability, Orb of Harmony, projects an Orb to an ally that heals them over time so long as the Orb is attached to them. His third ability, Orb of Discord, links an Orb to an enemy that amplifies all damage dealt to them. Both Orb of Harmony and Orb of Discord can only affect one person at a time, and require that Zenyatta keeps their targets in his line-of-sight. His ultimate, Transcendence, causes Zenyatta to enter a transcendent state, disabling his attacks and abilities but making him immune to all damage, and constantly restoring the health of nearby allies so long as he remains in the state.
-----
* AIIsACrapshoot: Averted. In fact, this is what Zenyatta and his fellow monks (before he left) were trying to avoid.
* AntiGravityClothing: His Orbs float in a circle around his neck and spread out to surround his whole body when he goes into Transcendence.
* TheAtoner: He was originally part of a group of religous Omnics who sought to mend their negative public reputation brought on by the Omnic Crisis.
* BaldOfAwesome: Appears this way, even though he's a robot.
* CombatMedic: He deals a deceptive amount of damage
* DifficultButAwesome: Compared to the other Supports, yes. His health is very low (though most of it can regenerate), his Orbs of Destruction require leading the target to hit consistently, he has no mobility options, and keeping track of his Orbs of Harmony and Discord can be difficult in the middle of a firefight... but he has enough firepower to shred most characters in seconds, his Orbs' effects allow him to be useful in nearly any situation, and his Ultimate is extremely potent and can win games all by itself.
* DissonantSerenity: Always maintains a peaceful expression on his face even as he beats the stuffing out of his enemies.
* EnergyBall: His Orbs act as these.
* EnlightenmentSuperpowers: His enlightenment has reached a point where he's able to enter a state of higher existence in his Transcendence ultimate, allowing him to heal close allies and negate all damage done to him by enemies.
* EyesAlwaysShut: His default expression, even though as an Omnic he was likely built to appear that way.
* FullContactMagic: When launching his orbs at enemies, Zenyatta punches and strikes with every orb he sends out.
* GlassCannon: He can melt even tanks with Orb of Discord applied, but goes down quickly if he can't keep his distance.
* GoldenSuperMode: While Transcendent, Zenyatta radiates a golden light. His eye-dots become gold and he generates gold ethereal arms.
* HoverMecha: Sort of. He has legs but he doesn't use them, preferring to simply float everywhere like most examples of this trope.
* LevitatingLotusPosition: He's constantly in this pose.
* LiteralMinded: Played with. When he's "on fire", sometimes he says this:
--> I am on fire. But an extinguisher is not required.
* MartialPacifist: He prefers to help people whenever he can, but he won't hesitate to kick your ass when necessary.
* MaybeMagicMaybeMundane: He's a robot monk that travels by levitating in the lotus position and sends out orbs of energy that heal, cause, and amplify damage. Absolutely zero explanation is provided.
* TheMedic: Not to the extent of Mercy, but one of his abilities grants regenerating health to a single ally, and his ultimate constantly heals every ally within range.
* TheMentor: To Genji.
* MultiArmedAndDangerous: During Transcendence, ethereal arms appear on Zenyatta, giving him a total of eight.
* NiceGuy: Has nothing but kind words for all the other characters, even the most racist ones.
* PowerFloats: He floats everywhere.
* ThePowerOfFriendship: Firmly believes in this, which got him into a disagreement with his fellow monks, who were using dogmatic teachings to restore the Omnics' reputation.
* RegeneratingHealth: Unlike the other characters, his health bar is mostly shield -- meaning that it regenerates constantly, making him very hard to kill in one hit.
* ReligiousRobot: He comes from a group of robot monks that seem to follow a Buddhist-esque religion.
* ShoutOut: "Zenyatta" and "Tekhartha Mondatta" are references to Zenyatta Mondatta, the third album by Music/ThePolice.
* SupernaturalMartialArts: Although it's not clear if his powers are magical or mechanical, they're clearly meant to look magical.
* TheSneakyGuy: Not designed to be, but since he hover, you can't hear his footsteps and his orbs are less noisy than most of the other character's weapons.
* UnorthodoxReload: Doesn't get much more unorthodox than a brief meditation to recharge your flowing spheres.
* VSign: One of his victory poses.
* WalkingShirtlessScene: Zenyatta wears loose pants and a sash, but no shirt to speak of.
* WalkTheEarth: This is what he was doing after he separated from his fellow monks, personally helping humans and Omnics alike through good deeds whenever he could.
* WarriorMonk: He may be a Buddha-style ReligiousRobot, but he's far from being a pacifist.
* YinYangBomb: Zenyatta controls both the Orb of Harmony, a healing sphere colored gold, and the Orb of Discord, a debilitating sphere colored purple. His "Harmony and Discord" intro shows this best where he's seen holding both of them at once.
* YoungerThanTheyLook: He is actually the second youngest member of the cast, being 20 years old.
