Breed has the power of the Pet Pet Fruit ''(Peto Peto No Mi)'' which forms itself like a green gooey substance over his hand. Whoever is hit with it, the goo form as a collar around the neck of the victim, forcing them to do as he commands. As such he has used it on a variety of animals and forced them to fight for him.
