** In the Sentai, Yama-Uba was a major threat against the Kakurangers during the finale and lasted for three episodes. Here, Dischordia's a minor monster of the week who only lasted one episode.
** Dischordia's main physical appearance was actually Yama-Uba's upgraded form. Her original form does appear in ''Power Rangers'', but only in crowd shot cameos with other monsters.

** Shirouneri, Keukegen, Nopperabou, and Bimbogami had appearances [[TheCameo but only in monster crowd shots]].
** Rokurokubi, Kasabake, Daidarabotchi, and Ushioni wound up having the same fate, [[AdaptationalLateAppearance but wouldn't cameo until later seasons]]. Rokurokubi and Kasabake could be spotted in ''Series/PowerRangersZeo'' in Prince Gasket's arena, Daidarabotchi would be in monster shots in ''Series/PowerRangersInSpace'' during The United Alliance of Evil's invasion, and Ushioni makes cameos in the Onyx Tavern in ''Series/PowerRangersLostGalaxy''.
** Enraenra, Ittanmomen, and Hakumenrou made appearances in the toyline as Steamy Meanie, Calcifire, and Silent Knight [[ToylineExclusiveCharacter but made no appearance in the show itself]].
** The Dorodoros, the main {{Mooks}} of ''Kakuranger'' only made cameos in the Alien Rangers toy commercials where the Rangers fought them and the ''Power Rangers Funniest Moments Special'' where Bulk and Skull briefly switched to stock footage of the ''Kakuranger'' end credits sequence.
* {{Golem}}: Despite the ''Kakuranger'' monsters being creatures from Japanese folklore, a few of their ''MMPR'' counterparts (Repellator, Centiback, Miss Chief, See Monster, Garbage Mouth, Ravenator, and presumably the revived Vampirus and Artistmole seen in "[[Recap/MightyMorphinPowerRangersS3EP23ADifferentShadeofPinkPart1 A Different Shade of Pink Part I]]") are these, as Finster was once again actively making monsters.

!!Repellator
[[quoteright:350:https://static.tvtropes.org/pmwiki/pub/images/tvtropes_repellator.png]]
!!!'''Voiced By:''' Ken Merckx
A monster created by Finster to take advantage of the Rangers (minus a sick Kimberly) being away on the planet Edenoi helping Dex Stewart, the Series/MaskedRider.
----
* AfraidOfNeedles: To help Repellator recover from his flu, Finster prepares to give him a shot, but the monster immediately freaks out at the sight of the syringe. He goes with some pills instead.
* BareHandedBladeBlock: The Thunder Megazord and White Tigerzord keep trying to hit Repellator with their sabers, but he repeatedly catches and blocks their blades with his pincer hands.
* CoveredInGunge: Repellator kissing Rita's hand causes it to get covered in red slime.
* DisintegratorRay: Repellator's energy blasts are called "molecular scramblers" and are no doubt intended to have this effect, but they seem no more or less effective against the Rangers and Zords than most monsters' laser beams.
* ExtraEyes: Even though they don't match his center eye, the red orbs on either side of Repellator's body are apparently eyes as well, as when examining him later Finster tells him to "open your eyes... all three of them."
* GreenAndMean: While his powers and personality are different, visually, he's just a green Silver Horns.
* InformedAbility: While Finster is busy sculpting him, Rita tells Zedd that their monster maker is working on a new monster that will "blow Earth out of the sky." While Repellator does provide a halfway decent challenge to the Rangers, at no point does he display such power.
* LecherousLicking: He does this to Rita when kissing her hand, though with the way his tongue is it was probably unavoidable.
* ManiacTongue: Repellator's tongue is always hanging from his mouth.
* OriginalGeneration: Although he's made out of Silver Horns' suit, he is still a monster original to ''Power Rangers'' that was never seen in an episode of Sentai.
* OverlyLongTongue: While not as long as, say, Salaguana's or Bad Bookala's, Repellator's tongue is still of rather notable length.
* PaletteSwap: Aside from the added tongue, he's basically just Silver Horns repainted green.
* PowerPincers: Repellator has these instead of hands.
* SlimeSnailsAndMutantTails: When he's first introduced to Rita and Zedd, Repellator kisses Rita's hand... leaving it covered in chunky red slime. Even Rita is grossed out.
* SneezeOfDoom: When he first catches Kimberly's flu, he begins sneezing uncontrollably, which causes the immediate area to quake.
* SpikesOfVillainy: Along with Silver Horns, Repellator is quite possibly the spikiest monster ever created by the Evil Space Alien crew.
* {{Workaholic}}: He proves to be one of these as Finster tells him the best way to fight the flu is a few days of bed rest, but he refuses because Zedd and Rita are already mad at him for catching the flu in the first place.
* WorkingThroughTheCold: Ends up catching Kimberly's illness. He's surprised, [[NoBiochemicalBarriers since they're different species]].

!!Vampirus
[[quoteright:350:https://static.tvtropes.org/pmwiki/pub/images/tvtropes_vampirus2.png]]
!!!'''Voiced By:''' Michael Sorich
A robed vampire monster brought to the moon by Rito Revolto and sent to take control of Ninjor's Temple of Power by Lord Zedd.
----
* AdaptationalEarlyAppearance: Vampirus' ''Kakuranger'' counterpart appeared in the second half of the series. Here, he's the first ''Kakuranger'' monster to appear.
* AdaptationalWimp: His counterpart in ''Kakuranger'' was a master of illusions and nightmares. In ''MMPR'', he's just a bat with a sword.
* AllThereInTheManual: His name is spelled "Vampirus" as opposed to "Vampyrus" or "Vampiris," according to his Bandai figure.
* BackFromTheDead: Resurrected (most likely by Finster) along with Artistmole to fight the Rangers again in "[[Recap/MightyMorphinPowerRangersS3EP23ADifferentShadeofPinkPart1 A Different Shade of Pink Part I]]."
* {{Baku}}: His ''Kakuranger'' counterpart, Bakuki, is a Baku, a type of chimera creature, born when the gods finished creating all other animals, then took all the spare parts they had left over and put them together into one creature - the Baku, eaters of dreams and nightmares.
* BatPeople: He's a villainous, vampiric humanoid with bat-like wings.
* BornAsAnAdult: The instant he hatches from his egg, Vampirus is ready to fight.
* TheBusCameBack: Would return later that season in "[[Recap/MightyMorphinPowerRangersS3EP23ADifferentShadeofPinkPart1 A Different Shade of Pink]]."
* TheCameo: He's one of the many monsters seen attending Master Vile's End of the World Party at the Youth Center in "[[Recap/MightyMorphinPowerRangersMasterVileAndTheMetallicArmorPart3 Master Vile and the Metallic Armor Part III]]." He arrives in a limosine, even! He later made an appearance as a spectator in Prince Gasket's Machine Arena in the ''Series/PowerRangersZeo'' two parter "[[Recap/PowerRangersZeoS1E42KingForADayPart1 King For A Day]]," as well as in Zedd and Rita's army in the ''Series/PowerRangersInSpace'' [[Recap/PowerRangersInSpaceS1E42CountdownToDestructionPart1 finale]].
* EggMacGuffin: The villains spend a good chunk of "[[Recap/MightyMorphinPowerRangersS3EP4NinjaQuestPart1 Ninja Quest]]" waiting for Vampirus to hatch.
* EvenEvilHasStandards: When he hears that the final egg contains a Vampirus, Finster comments that Vampiruses are such nasty creatures and not his cup of tea at all.
* EyesDoNotBelongThere: What is usually assumed to be buck teeth or fangs near the bottom of Vampirus' face are, in fact, his eyes.
* InformedAbility: He was hyped up by the villains to be an incredibly destructive monster but is overwhelmed and thrashed by Ninjor pretty soundly.
* KatanasAreJustBetter: Wields a katana in his fight against Ninjor.
* MysteryBox: When the villains see that there's still one egg left (the others had already hatched the Tenga Warriors), they ask Rito what's inside. He initially doesn't tell them, first out of not wanting to ruin the surprise, but then he genuinely forgets. He eventually does remember and tells them that it's a Vampirus egg.
* NoCelebritiesWereHarmed: Has a voice reminiscent of Creator/PeterLorre.
* OurVampiresAreDifferent: He's clearly a vampire of some sort, but he's bright purple, has big red wings, [[Franchise/ANightmareOnElmStreet Freddy Krueger-like]] knife fingers, and a gray tail.
* PocketDimension: Vampirus has the ability to warp himself and Ninjor to a red, fiery area. [[CurbStompBattle Curbstomping]] Vampirus will result in both him and his opponent returning to reality.
* WhaleEgg: Vampirus is unique in that he isn't a creation of Finster's or Lord Zedd's, but rather a living, breathing being that hatches out of an egg. The second Vampirus seen in "[[Recap/MightyMorphinPowerRangersS3EP23ADifferentShadeofPinkPart1 A Different Shade of Pink]]" is likely a Finster recreation, though.
* WhatHappenedToTheMouse: While Vampirus was destroyed in "[[Recap/MightyMorphinPowerRangersS3EP7NinjaQuestPart4 Ninja Quest]]," when he later returned in "[[Recap/MightyMorphinPowerRangersS3EP23ADifferentShadeofPinkPart1 A Different Shade of Pink]]" he merely retreated along with Goldar, Rito, and Artistmole, but was never mentioned again.
* WingsDoNothing: He has a pair of big red bat wings but shows no ability to fly.

!!Artistmole
!!!'''Voiced By:''' Eddie Frierson
A painter-mole monster that was created from a nightmare Kimberly had about leaving Angel Grove.
----
* AccidentalMisnaming: Averted ''and'' played straight when he returns in "A Different Shade of Pink." Tommy uses his real name, but Adam later calls him "Artissimole."
* AdaptationSpeciesChange: His ''Kakuranger'' counterpart was a Mujina (badger youkai) rather than a mole. He also was a cartoonist and not a painter (which is why his giant form used an ink pen)
* TheBusCameBack: Would return later that season in "[[Recap/MightyMorphinPowerRangersS3EP23ADifferentShadeofPinkPart1 A Different Shade of Pink]]."
* HybridMonster: Artisimole seems to be a combination of Kimberly's mother's fiancé and one of his paintings.
* NighInvulnerability: Neither the Rangers nor Ninjor could inflict damage on Artistmole. Any physical attacks would just phase right through him. In a twist of irony, only Kimberly could hurt him due to him being the source of her stress.
* WhatHappenedToTheMouse: While Artistmole was destroyed in "[[Recap/MightyMorphinPowerRangersS3EP8ABrushwithDestiny A Brush With Destiny]]," when he later returned in "[[Recap/MightyMorphinPowerRangersS3EP23ADifferentShadeofPinkPart1 A Different Shade of Pink]]" he merely retreated along with Goldar, Rito, and Vampirus, but was never mentioned again.

!!Lanterra
!!!'''Voiced By:''' Mike Reynolds (First Appearance), Brian Tahash (Second Appearance)
A paper lantern monster created from Adam's own paper lantern (or so believed).
----
* DramaticIrony: He wasn't created from Adam's lantern as he believed he was. Rito threw it away while chiding Baboo and Squatt for taking more lanterns than necessary, and Bulk and Skull had it the whole time.
* FriendOrIdolDecision: For Adam, he doesn't want to risk harming his family heirloom lantern.
* ShootTheDog: Defeating him is this for Adam. Luckily the lantern is found unharmed at the end of the episode.

!!Marvo the Meanie
!!!'''Voiced By:''' Robert Zachar
A fungal elf monster accidentally created by Rito Revolto from a science teacher named Mr. Wilton in an attempt to transform one of the Rangers into a monster.
----
* AlliterativeName: '''M'''arvo the '''M'''eanie.
* NoOntologicalInertia: Zigzagged. Defeating him would return him to his human form, but those he transformed into science beakers needed to be changed back first as his defeat would make the transformation permanent.
* SparedByTheAdaptation: Did you really think ''Power Rangers'' would get away with killing an innocent, if not somewhat obnoxious, teacher?

!!Centiback
[[quoteright:350:https://static.tvtropes.org/pmwiki/pub/images/tvtropes_centiback_40.png]]
!!!'''Voiced By:''' Brad Orchard
A football-playing centipede monster accidentally created by Finster and Lord Zedd when the former dropped his centipede monster mold onto the latter's football.
----
* AdaptedOut: His ''Kakuranger'' counterpart had a human form that was never used in ''Power Rangers''.
* BaseballEpisode: Centiback is accidentally created while Zedd, Goldar, and Rito play football in the palace, at the same time Rocky's famous football coach uncle is coming to visit.
* BigCreepyCrawlies: He's a large, humanoid centipede monster clad in football gear.
* TheBusCameBack: Centiback is one of the monsters seen attending Master Vile's end of the world' party in "[[Recap/MightyMorphinPowerRangersMasterVileAndTheMetallicArmorPart3 Master Vile and the Metallic Armor Part III]]" and in the crowd in Prince Gasket's machine arena in "[[Recap/PowerRangersZeoS1E42KingForADayPart1 King For a Day]]."
* CurbStompBattle: Centiback thrashes Rocky pretty soundly, and when he and the Tengas go up against the full Ranger team, he turns them all into footballs rather quickly.
* ForcedTransformation: Anyone hit by Centiback's football turns into a football themselves.
* FreakLabAccident: Zedd, Goldar, and Rito play football right as Finster is trying to show Rita a clay mold for a new centipede monster. When Zedd fumbles the ball, Finster tries to retrieve it for him only to drop the centipede mold onto it, which inadvertently creates Centiback.
* GratuitousEnglish: He has "LEGS" written on the left side of his chest.
* JerkJock: An evil football monster with no qualms about attacking defenseless citizens.
* MeaningfulName: "Centi" as in centipede, "back" as in quarterback.
* RedEyesTakeWarning: Centiback has big red eyes on the sides of his helmet.
* ReversePolarity: Rocky comes up with the sudden idea to take the energy waves emitted by Centiback's football and turn it "upside down and backwards." Armed with devices created by Alpha, Rocky and Ninjor catch Centiback's football and throw it back at the Ranger-footballs. This ends up working and returns them to normal.
* ShoulderCannon: The two large, missile-shaped objects sticking up from Centiback's shoulders are exactly that - Missiles. All footage of them being fired was [[AdaptedOut cut]] from ''Power Rangers'', though.
* SparedByTheAdaptation: Possibly, given the fact he's seen begging Rita and Zedd for a second chance during the end credits, [[UnexplainedRecovery despite being blown up]]. He's never seen again beyond cameos in crowd shots, though.
* SpikesOfVillainy: Centiback has spikes on his shoulder pads, knee pads, and the missiles on his back.
* StealthInsult: Upon seeing Centiback's ability to turn people into footballs, Zedd tells Finster, "By sheer accident, you've created something you could never create on purpose!"
* TransformationRay: Centiback's football immediately transforms anyone who touches it, friend or foe, into a football designed after the person they hit (Rito is turned into a camouflage skull football, the Rangers have their main color and diamonds around their footballs, etc.).
* UnexplainedRecovery: Centiback showing up and begging for a second chance in the end credits (though the scene's canonicity is admittedly questionable).
* VillainTeleportation: He arrives on the Angel Grove High football field by forming out of squiggly yellow energy.
* WinterWarfare: A sudden snowstorm hits the mountains outside Angel Grove right as Zedd and Rita make Centiback grow. Snow falls throughout the ensuing Zord fight.
* {{Youkai}}: His ''Kakuranger'' counterpart is an Oumukade - A giant, man-eating centipede that lives in the mountains, with exoskeletons so tough that they can't be pierced by manmade weapons.

!!Hate Master
!!!'''Voiced By:''' Michael Sorich
A rapping monster created from spare monster parts Finster had lying around his workshop.
----
* AdaptationalComicRelief: Downplayed. He is no longer the KnightOfCerebus he was in ''Kakuranger'', but he's also not exactly a comedic monster like Pumpkin Rapper, as he was very near his goal of getting the Rangers to fight each other. Still, a rap-themed monster spreading hate is a little less threatening than TheDreaded bringer of doom that Nue was.
* HatePlague: By rapping and using any form of dirt trod upon by his victims, he can inflict a spell over his victims that cause them to feel nothing but hate.
* RhymesOnADime: Like the Pumpkin Rapper, the Hate Master loves rapping in his speeches. The same actor even voices them.

!!Face Stealer
!!!'''Voiced By:''' Scott Page-Pagter
A monster that consumes human faces originally imprisoned in an urn long ago, only to be freed by Rita in the present.
----
* AdaptationalNationality: In ''Kakuranger'', he's a {{Youkai}}, a Japanese demon. Here, he's a demon from the fictional country of Kahmala.
* TheBlank: His victims are left with white blank spaces where their faces used to be. How they don't suffocate without noses or mouths is unknown, but hey, it's magic.
* SealedEvilInACan: Like Rita, he was trapped in an urn. He goes back by the end.
* SparedByTheAdaptation: Played with. While his ''Kakuranger'' counterpart was destroyed, Face Stealer was once again sealed in his urn in ''Power Rangers'', which could be considered a FateWorseThanDeath.

!!Miss Chief
!!!'''Voiced By:''' Romy J. Sharf
A firefighter monster. Rita gives her a love potion to wreak havoc among the teens of Angel Grove.
----
* AdaptationalComicRelief: Her sentai counterpart, Kasha, intended to turn many children and Sasuke, the Red Ranger, into fireworks. This would have killed them, and he was very close to achieving it. Miss Chief, on the other hand, is nowhere near as bad. While still a villain, her gimmick made everyone in Angel Grove fall madly in love with each other, with the results being played for laughs.
* AdaptationalNiceGuy: While Kasha was more sinister and intimidating, Miss Chief was more child-like and giddy.
* DeadlyDisc: Wields a large chakram.
** PlayingWithFire: When giant-sized, she can ignite her chakram for extra damage.
* DiesDifferentlyInAdaptation: While both she and Kasha go down to the Ninja Megazord finsiher, Kasha got knocked into a giant fireworks launcher and blew up as fireworks, while she blows up the standard way.
* PunnyName: Her name is just "mischief" split in half.
* ShesAManInJapan: Her Sentai counterpart was male.

!!Katastrophe
!!!'''Voiced By:''' Catherine Sutherland
A feline monster created by Rita through transforming the mind-controlled and newly-introduced Katherine Hillard.
----
* AdaptationSpeciesChange: Her ''Kakuranger'' counterpart was a fox rather than a cat. Ironically, there '''was''' an actual cat monster from the sentai, but her suit deteriorated and was recycled for one of the Plague Patrollers. Even then, her exposed chest meant that she'd be unusable.
* CatsAreMean: In this case, she is.
* SparedByTheAdaptation: Given that a human was used to create this monster and that Kat was a major player later on in the series, she was not destroyed in ''Power Rangers''.

!!Incisorator
[[quoteright:350:https://static.tvtropes.org/pmwiki/pub/images/tvtropes_incisorator.png]]
!!!'''Voiced By:''' Oliver Page (First Appearance), Creator/RichardEpcar (Second Appearance)
A monster used briefly by Lord Zedd to distract the Power Rangers while Goldar kidnapped a weakened Kimberly.
----
* AllThereInTheManual: An alternate name for the monster is "Fangenstein," which originates from the episode's original closed captioning, as well as an alternate vocal track used in international airings of "[[Recap/MightyMorphinPowerRangersS3EP20ChangingoftheZordsPart2 Changing of the Zords Part II]]." [[note]]It's this alternate international version of the episode that is currently up on the official Power Rangers [[Website/YouTube YouTube channel]], although the original "Incisorator" version of the episode was the one released on DVD.[[/note]]
* BadassCape: Incisorator wears a cape and he is not afraid to use it to his advantage in battle, spinning around and causing it to flap out and keep the Rangers at bay.
* BadLiar: After scaring off a teenage couple, Incisorator comments "I'll just have to find some other victims! I mean, guests."
* BarFullOfAliens: During Master Vile's End of the World Party, Incisorator is seen sitting at a table in the Youth Center along with Dischordia and Invenusable Fly Trap as they wait for their drinks to arrive.
* TheCameo: He shows up a few episodes later in "[[Recap/MightyMorphinPowerRangersMasterVileAndTheMetallicArmorPart3 Master Vile and the Metallic Armor Part III]]" as one of the guests at Master Vile's End of the World Party, but he disappears once the party is over just like the other monsters.
* CapeSwish: He weaponizes this in order to keep the Rangers at a distance, or to deflect their physical attacks.
* CurbStompBattle: Incisorator outmatches the Rangers surprisingly easily, to the point that they're understandably confused when he leaves without finishing them off.
* HatesSmallTalk: He dismisses Rocky and Tommy's attempts at TrashTalk, saying he'd rather have some action instead of chewing the fat.
* ImAHumanitarian: Implied by his first line of dialogue.
--> ''"Greetings, youngsters! Care to come with me for a little bite?"''
* MagicWand: Incisorator's main weapon, which he uses for melee battle as well as shooting paralyzing energy beams.
* MeaningfulName: An alternative name for him is "Fangenstein," and he's [[FrankensteinsMonster a hybrid of various Sentai monsters]].
* MonsterMouth: His two faces are lined up in such a way that they actually share the same massive mouth.
* NightmareFace: His main face is rather monstrous and almost toad-like, but he has a smaller, human-like face where his nose should be.
* NoSell: Rocky and Adam leap at him with a kick and a punch respectively, but he just casually deflects them with his arm. He also foils all of Tommy's attempts at engaging him in hand-to-hand combat.
* OffscreenMomentOfAwesome: For a while, the episode cuts away to Goldar and Katherine luring Kimberly into a trap. When it eventually cuts back to Incisorator fighting the Rangers, we see that the fight hasn't been going well for them ''at all''.
* OriginalGeneration: He's a completely new monster created for ''Power Rangers'', put together from two ''Kakuranger'' monsters (one of which would go unused in ''MMPR'') and one unused ''Dairanger'' monster.
* TheParalyzer: He fires purple energy beams from his magic wand that briefly paralyze the Rangers, knocking them to the ground.
* PartsUnknown: We see Zedd firing lightning from his Z-Staff, but we're never shown exactly what he created Incisorator out of.
* PungeonMaster: Due to his name (or names), Incisorator and the Rangers make a series of teeth, mouth, eating, and dentist-related puns and comments throughout the fight.
* PurpleIsPowerful: His teleportation and energy attacks are both purple in color and he's the only MonsterOfTheWeek in the entire series that the Rangers never defeated.
* TacticalWithdrawal: He's merely sent as a distraction to keep the other Rangers busy while Goldar lures Kimberly out and captures her. Once she's been taken, Incisorator retreats to the moon and is never heard from again.
* TwoFaced: He has a smaller, more human face in the middle of his larger, more monstrous face.
* VillainTeleportation: Once his job of distracting the Rangers is done, he teleports away with purple electricty.
* WhatHappenedToTheMouse: He succeeds in his mission to distract the Rangers and retreats to the moon, but oddly, he's never seen or heard from again. In the [[Recap/MightyMorphinPowerRangersS3EP21ChangingoftheZordsPart3 very next episode]], Rita needs a monster to keep the Rangers away from the Shogun Zords, but Finster creates See Monster instead of sending Incisorator back to Earth. He ''does'' turn up later at Master Vile's End of the World Party, but it's more of a cameo than an actual resolution to the character.

!!!'''Voiced By:''' Brian Tahash
A flasher monster created by Finster in order to keep the Rangers away from rescuing the captive Kimberly, whose multiple eyes are hidden inside his trenchcoat-like body.
----
* ArtificialLimbs: In his second appearance, his left hand has been replaced with a robotic prosthetic.
* BladeBelowTheShoulder: When led by Professor Longnose, his right hand gets replaced with a sai.
* TheBusCameBack: He is one of the five recruited monsters to join Professor Longnose in Master Vile's final invasion in "[[Recap/MightyMorphinPowerRangersS3EP35AlienRangersofAquitarPart2 Alien Rangers of Aquitar]]."
* TheCameo: He's one of the many monsters seen attending Master Vile's End of the World Party at the Youth Center in "[[Recap/MightyMorphinPowerRangersMasterVileAndTheMetallicArmorPart3 Master Vile and the Metallic Armor Part III]]," even leading a conga line at one point. He's also one of the spectators in Prince Gasket's Machine Arena in "[[Recap/PowerRangersZeoS1E42KingForADayPart1 King For a Day]]."
* ConspicuousTrenchcoat: He's designed to look as if he is wearing a large gray trenchcoat.
* EyeBeams: He can open his coat and fire lasers from his many eyes.
* EyelessFace: Despite his eyeball theme, See Monster doesn't have any on his face, instead featuring two empty sockets where his eyes should be.
* EyesDoNotBelongThere: All over his chest, stomach, and the inside of his coat.
* FacelessEye: See Monster causes Delphine to hallucinate his numerous eyes hovering around her, disorienting her.
* HeadacheOfDoom: His hidden eyes can generate thought waves that inflict pain onto the Rangers' minds, though mentally visualizing pushing the waves away is enough to disperse them.
* KillItWithFire: See Monster is destroyed by the Shogun Megazord's flaming Fire Saber.
* {{Pun}}: "The 'eyes' have it!"
* PunnyName: "Sea monster" (as in creatures from the ocean)/"see" (as in what you do with your eyes).
* QuirkyMinibossSquad: Led by Professor Longnose, See Monster joins Garbage Mouth, Brick Bully, Crabbie Cabbie, and Parrot Top for Master Vile's final attack on Earth.
* SaiGuy: His right hand is replaced with a sai in "[[Recap/MightyMorphinPowerRangersS3EP35AlienRangersofAquitarPart2 Alien Rangers of Aquitar Part II]]."
* ScrewThisImOuttaHere: When Professor Longnose is killed by the Shogun Megazord, See Monster and the other monsters hightail it out of there and teleport away, never to be seen again.
* TalkLikeAPirate: He speaks like a stereotypical pirate.
* TrenchCoatWarfare: Opening his coat reveals a large number of [[EyesDoNotBelongThere out-of-place eyeballs]] that can fire either laser beams or harmful psychic attacks.
* UnrelatedInTheAdaptation: He and Brick Bully are not brothers as their counterparts in ''Kakuranger'' were.
* VillainTeleportation: He teleports by warping the air around him and turning into a ball of light. The second See Monster teleports away with expanding green energy that bursts apart into small orbs.
* WhateverHappenedToTheMouse: It's never revealed what happens to the resurrected See Monster in "[[Recap/MightyMorphinPowerRangersS3EP35AlienRangersofAquitarPart2 Alien Rangers of Aquitar Part II]]."
* {{Youkai}}: The mythical Youkai that See Monster's ''Kakuranger'' counterpart was based on is known as Mokumokuren, which are spirits that are known to live in torn shōji (Japanese paper sliding walls), floor mats, or walls. Their name translates into "many eyes" or "continuous eyes," and they are considered to be one of the traditional inhabitants of haunted houses.

!!!'''Voiced By:''' Michael Sorich
A taxi cab monster created by Lord Zedd (using a device of Finster's) from a taxi that had been commandeered by Bulk and Skull, trapping the duo as well as Kimberly inside.
----
* AdaptationalVillainy: His ''Kakuranger'' counterpart, Oboroguruma, was a {{tragic|Villain}} AntiVillain who just wanted to make an honest living and [[AffablyEvil tried to be nice]] to his customers until he finally just snapped from their neverending abuse and FantasticRacism, before ultimately going on a RoaringRampageOfRevenge. Here, he's just a generic MonsterOfTheWeek.
* AdaptedOut: He had a human form in ''Kakuranger'' that went unused in ''Power Rangers''.
* AlliterativeName: '''C'''rabbie '''C'''abbie.
* AllThereInTheManual: His name is spelled "Crabbie Cabbie" as opposed to "Crabby Cabby," "Crabby Cabbie," or "Crabbie Cabby," according to his episode's VHS box.
* ArsonMurderAndJaywalking: Upon seeing the monster, Alpha says "Lord Zedd and Rita have created a Crabbie Cabbie! And he's charging double the going fare!"
* AttackOfThe50FootWhatever: Crabbie Cabbie is one of the few monsters in Season 3 to be shown actively attacking the city; he drives right through a building during his Zord fight, causing it to explode.
* {{BFG}}: His upgrade in "[[Recap/MightyMorphinPowerRangersS3EP35AlienRangersofAquitarPart2 Alien Rangers of Aquitar Part II]]" is a tank turret attached to the top of his body.
** Also, the 'vehicular transformer apparatus' that Zedd uses to create him in the first place.
* BrooklynRage: He has a stereotypical "I'm walkin' here!" Brooklyn accent.
* TheBusCameBack: He is one of the five recruited monsters to join Professor Longnose in Master Vile's final invasion in "[[Recap/MightyMorphinPowerRangersS3EP35AlienRangersofAquitarPart2 Alien Rangers of Aquitar]]."
* ChaseScene: There's a rather lengthy one between Crabbie Cabbie and the Rangers as they ride their brand new [[CoolBike Shark Cycles]].
* GogglesDoNothing: He wears a pair of driving goggles even though it's not entirely clear if he even has ''eyes''.
* GratuitousEnglish: He has a large sign reading "TAXI" on the top of his body and the word "CAB" across his hood.
* KatanasAreJustBetter: He briefly wields one against the Red Shogunzord.
* MergingMachine: When Zedd blasts the taxi cab they're riding with Finster's [[{{BFG}} vehicular]] [[TransformationRay transformer]] [[RayGun apparatus]], Bulk, Skull, and Kimberly end up inside Crabbie Cabbie. Alpha has to use a molecular scrambler to successfully separate their molecules from the monster's and remove them before the Rangers can finish him off.
* PocketDimension: He has one of these within himself, where he keeps Bulk, Skull, and Kimberly captive.
* {{Pun}}: After briefly rampaging through Angel Grove, Crabbie Cabbie says, "I'm getting exhausted! On second thought, ''you're'' getting exhausted!" At which point he starts shooting smoke out of his tailpipes at the Shogun Zords.
* QuirkyMinibossSquad: Led by Professor Longnose, Crabbie Cabbie joins Garbage Mouth, See Monster, Brick Bully, and Parrot Top for Master Vile's final attack on Earth.
* SapientTank: He becomes one of these [[{{Pun}} tanks]] to his upgrade in "[[Recap/MightyMorphinPowerRangersS3EP35AlienRangersofAquitarPart2 Alien Rangers of Aquitar Part II]]." Appropriately, his cabbie cap is replaced with a military helmet.
* ScrewThisImOuttaHere: When Professor Longnose is killed by the Shogun Megazord, Crabbie Cabbie and the other monsters hightail it out of there and teleport away, never to be seen again.
* SentientVehicle: He's a living taxi with a Brooklyn accent and a bad attitude.
* ShoutOut: He mocks the Shogun Zords by comparing them to The Rockettes.
* SpikesOfVillainy: Crabbie Cabbie has a pair of spikes on each "shoulder."
* TheTaxi: He is literally this trope personified.
* TransformationRay: With his [[MagicStaff Z-Staff]] apparently still damaged from his fight with Tommy in the previous episode, Zedd uses Finster's 'vehicular transformer apparatus' (a really big ray gun) to transform Bulk and Skull's commandeered taxi into Crabbie Cabbie.
* VanityLicensePlate: His license plate reads "459HEL" (Hell).
* VillainTeleportation: The second Crabbie Cabbie teleports away with expanding green energy that turns into an arrow and shoots off into the sky.
* WeaponizedExhaust: He can fire explosive smoke blasts out of his tailpipes.
* WhateverHappenedToTheMouse: It's never revealed what happens to the resurrected Crabbie Cabbie in "[[Recap/MightyMorphinPowerRangersS3EP35AlienRangersofAquitarPart2 Alien Rangers of Aquitar Part II]]."
* {{Youkai}}: His ''Kakuranger'' counterpart is an Oborugoruma, an oxen cart with a large face on its carriage. Long ago, oxcart taxis were used for people to go sightseeing in. When it became crowded, especially during festival seasons, their drivers would get into fights, slamming their carriages against each other to claim the best spots for sightseeing. The wrath of nobles denied the prime spot they wanted was something to be feared. All this negativity could build up and become a powerful force on its own, giving life to these Youkai.

!!!'''Voiced By:''' Matt K. Miller
A trash-themed lizard-like monster created by Finster, sent by Lord Zedd to capture the traitorous Katherine.
----
* AdaptedOut: He had a human form in ''Kakuranger'', an evil police chief, that went unused in ''Power Rangers''.
* ArmCannon: In his second appearance, his right arm has been upgraded into a laser cannon.
* AttackReflector: He uses the top of his trash can lid-head to deflect the blasts from Tideus' laser pistol.
* BareHandedBladeBlock: After letting Garbage Mouth slash away at it for a while, the Shogun Megazord finally just ''grabs'' the monster's katana mid-swing and then clocks the monster across the face.
* TheBusCameBack: He is one of the five recruited monsters to join Professor Longnose in Master Vile's final invasion in "[[Recap/MightyMorphinPowerRangersS3EP35AlienRangersofAquitarPart2 Alien Rangers of Aquitar]]."
* TheCameo: He's one of the many monsters seen attending Master Vile's End of the World Party at the Youth Center in "[[Recap/MightyMorphinPowerRangersMasterVileAndTheMetallicArmorPart3 Master Vile and the Metallic Armor Part III]]."
* DamselInDistress: His mission is to capture Katherine and take her back to Rita and Zedd. [[IdiotBall He's not very good at it.]]
* DemotedToExtra: His counterpart in ''Kakuranger'', Azukiarai, was somewhat of a leader among the Youkai for a couple of early episodes, even infiltrating and taking over the local police when they started getting too nosy. In ''Power Rangers'', Garbage Mouth is just another of Finster's monsters.
* DittoAliens: Garbage Mouth has to ask which one of the teens is Katherine when faced with them, apparently unable to tell them apart.
* GarbageHideout: He surprises the Rangers and Kat by popping out of a trash can directly in front of them.
* GratuitousEnglish: He has "WELCOME TO JLHOUSE" written on his face.
* HandBlast: He can throw exploding green energy blasts from his hands.
* HurtFootHop: Kat escapes his grasp by stomping down on his foot, causing him to do this.
* IdiotBall: He is sent by Zedd and Rita to capture Katherine. On Earth, he and the Tenga Warriors ambush her and he grabs onto her... then proceeds to stand there and hold her hostage, watching as the Rangers fight the Tengas, instead of just immediately teleporting back to the moon with her.
* ImplacableMan: Garbage Mouth hacks away at the Shogun Megazord with his katana and the Zord just stands there and ''watches''.
* KatanasAreJustBetter: He wields a katana after growing to giant size.
* KillItWithFire: Garbage Mouth is destroyed by the Shogun Megazord's flaming Fire Saber.
* LizardFolk: Aside from the trash can lid on his head, Garbage Mouth is vaguely lizard-like, complete with a long tail.
* {{Pun}}: He says "I'm gonna TRASH you!" to Tideus.
* QuirkyMinibossSquad: Led by Professor Longnose, Garbage Mouth joins See Monster, Brick Bully, Crabbie Cabbie, and Parrot Top for Master Vile's final attack on Earth.
* ScrewThisImOuttaHere: When Professor Longnose is killed by the Shogun Megazord, Garbage Mouth and the other monsters hightail it out of there and teleport away, never to be seen again.
* SealedGoodInACan: Upon growing to giant size, he possesses an old fashioned metal trash can than can suck up opponents like a vacuum and trap them inside. He uses this to capture the Shogun Zords, but it doesn't last long.
* SuicidalOverconfidence: He keeps coming at the Shogun Megazord despite ''none'' of his attacks doing ''anything'' to it.
* TragicDream: Finster says that in honor of Kimberly's potentially CareerEndingInjury, he has created a monster representing the place where all peoples' broken dreams go - The trash.
* VillainousBreakdown: He gets rather upset when the Rangers tell Kat to go and hide in the hospital, [[IdiotBall as if he couldn't just follow her inside.]]
* VillainTeleportation: The second Garbage Mouth teleports away with expanding green energy that splits apart into tiny particles.
* WhateverHappenedToTheMouse: It's never revealed what happens to the resurrected Garbage Mouth in "[[Recap/MightyMorphinPowerRangersS3EP35AlienRangersofAquitarPart2 Alien Rangers of Aquitar Part II]]."
* {{Youkai}}: Azuikiarai, his ''Kakuranger'' counterpart, is based on a ghostly phenomenon in which a mysterious noise that sounds like azuki beans being washed or ground is heard, usually occuring near a river or other body of water. Azuki arai are often described as being bent over a pail washing azuki beans - The pail having been reimagined here as a garbage can.

!!Ravenator
!!!'''Voiced By:''' Brad Orchard
A gluttonous monster with a massive mouth able to induce hunger in others.
----
* BigEater: Part of his goal was to make Tommy eat large amounts of junk food.
* HoistByHisOwnPetard: His hunger got the better of him when he left Tommy's stomach to eat a giant sundae.
* TrojanHorse: Was part of Rita's plan. Go inside Tommy so the Rangers take him to the Command Center and attack from the inside. Fortunately, Zordon was wise to the plan.

!!!'''Voiced By:''' Creator/RichardEpcar (First Appearance), Brian Tahash (Second Appearance)
A brick wall monster accidentally created by Rita as she was attempting to turn Kat evil again, her spell missing and striking an under construction wall instead.
----
* AlliterativeName: '''B'''rick '''B'''ully.
* AndIMustScream: Though at first it seems as though Brick Bully's energy bricks simply transform the Rangers into bricks, it turns out that he's actually shrunk them down and trapped them inside.
* ArtificialLimbs: In his second appearance, his legs have been replaced with robotic prosthetics.
* BoringButPractical: Upon growing to giant size, Brick Bully simply falls over on purpose in an attempt to crush Billy underneath himself.
* BrickBreak: When the Blue Shogunzord destroys Brick Bully, he doesn't explode like almost every other monster in the series, but instead literally ''bursts apart'' and falls to pieces.
* BrokenAesop: Katherine realizes that pollution can be a source of erosion for bricks, and so she asks Billy and Alpha to create an artificial pollution device to erode Brick Bully's bricks and free the Rangers trapped inside, ultimately meaning that pollution saves the day, so... Hooray for pollution?
* TheBusCameBack: He is one of the five recruited monsters to join Professor Longnose in Master Vile's final invasion in "[[Recap/MightyMorphinPowerRangersS3EP35AlienRangersofAquitarPart2 Alien Rangers of Aquitar]]."
* TheCameo: He's one of the many monsters seen attending Master Vile's End of the World Party at the Youth Center in "[[Recap/MightyMorphinPowerRangersMasterVileAndTheMetallicArmorPart3 Master Vile and the Metallic Armor Part III]]." He's also one of the spectators in Prince Gasket's Machine Arena in "[[Recap/PowerRangersZeoS1E42KingForADayPart1 King For a Day]]."
* CastFromStamina: After firing a bunch of his Ranger-trapping magical bricks at Billy and missing, Brick Bully suddenly finds himself growing weak. He realizes he needs to eat more building supplies in order to rebuild his strength, but Billy doesn't give him the chance.
* DeathTrap: Brick Bully catches the Blue Shogunzord in a trap in which he surrounds the Zord on all sides with brick walls, then throws multiple spears and impales the walls with them, before the whole thing just explodes into a ball of fire. The Zord simply [[ImplacableMan brushes it off]].
* DiesDifferentlyInAdaptation: He is destroyed by the Blue Shogunzord in ''Power Rangers'' instead of being destroyed by the [[CoolBike Shark Cycles]] as he was in ''Kakuranger''.
* ExtremeOmnivore: He grows hungry after his first fight with the Rangers and proceeds to eat a number of building supplies. He eats so much that he evolves into his second form.
* GenericGraffiti: His first form has a number of words spray painted on him, including "GO," "No," "Boom," "Food," "Look," "Bar," and "Krash."
-->''"Alright, which one of you wise guys painted 'GO' on my chest?"''
* HowDoIShotWeb: Brick Bully doesn't quite know what powers he possesses when he's first created, but he quickly figures it out, blasting the Ninja Rangers with one type of energy bricks before trapping the fully-morphed Power Rangers within another.
* ImpactSilhouette: Brick Bully's creation leaves a large square hole in the wall he was made from.
* MetamorphosisMonster: After eating some construction supplies, he evolves into a stronger form.
* NoOneShouldSurviveThat: Brick Bully is stunned that the Blue Shogunzord survives his exploding brick walls-and-spears trap.
* NoSell: Being made of bricks, Brick Bully barely even notices most of the Rangers' physical blows. In "[[Recap/MightyMorphinPowerRangersS3EP35AlienRangersofAquitarPart2 Alien Rangers of Aquitar Part II]]," Cestro leaps up to kick Brick Bully and the monster just ''lets him'', brushing him off.
** He finds himself on the flip side of this when the Blue Shogunzord completely ignores his attempted DeathTrap.
* {{Nurikabe}}: The mythical {{Youkai}} that Brick Bully's ''Kakuranger'' counterpart was based on, Nurikabe is a living wall that appears out of nowhere at night to impede travelers, possessing the ability to extend itself forever.
* OneWingedAngel: He evolves into a more monstrous-looking "broken wall" form after devouring a number of building materials.
* OurMonstersAreWeird: Even the Rangers seem perplexed when Brick Bully first appears and advances on them.
-->'''Kat:''' "Guys... The wall's attacking."
* PowerPincers: In his second appearance, his right arm is replaced with a large, mechanical clamp.
* PowerUpFood: Eating various building supplies causes him to transform into a new, more powerful form. It's quite possible if he had eaten more, he may have even achieved a third form.
* QuirkyMinibossSquad: Led by Professor Longnose, Brick Bully joins Garbage Mouth, See Monster, Crabbie Cabbie, and Parrot Top for Master Vile's final attack on Earth.
* ScrewThisImOuttaHere: When Professor Longnose is killed by the Shogun Megazord, Brick Bully and the other monsters hightail it out of there and teleport away, never to be seen again.
* {{Franchise/Tarzan}}: He imitates Tarzan's signature scream after firing a series of bricks at the Ninja Rangers.
* UnrelatedInTheAdaptation: He and See Monster are not brothers as their counterparts in ''Kakuranger'' were.
* VillainTeleportation: The second Brick Bully teleports away with expanding green energy that shrinks down into nothing.
* WhateverHappenedToTheMouse: It's never revealed what happens to the resurrected Brick Bully in "[[Recap/MightyMorphinPowerRangersS3EP35AlienRangersofAquitarPart2 Alien Rangers of Aquitar Part II]]."
* WhiteMaskOfDoom: His first form's face is this, though it's turned upside down.

!!Sinister Simian
!!!'''Voiced By:''' Brianne Siddall
A chimpanzee monster created by Lord Zedd from a trained chimp named Kelly.
----
* AdaptationalNiceGuy: Before turning into a monster, Kelly was a friendly chimp who only became one after Lord Zedd transformed her. Fortunately, she returned to her normal kind-hearted self after the Rangers were able to revert the change. On the other hand, her counterpart, Sarugami, was rotten to the core, tricking the Rangers into copying their moves so he could defeat them.
* AlliterativeName: '''Si'''nister '''Si'''mian. She'd be ''MMPR'''s last monster with this type of name.
* ShesAManInJapan: Her ''Kakuranger'' counterpart was a male.
* SparedByTheAdaptation: The monkey that transformed into the monster survived. In fact, the Rangers made it a priority ''not'' to destroy her.

!!Blue Globbor
!!!'''Voiced By:''' Eddie Frierson
A powerful slime monster created by Master Vile to drain the powers of Ninjor and the Rangers.
----
* AdaptationalIntelligence: His ''Kakuranger'' counterpart, Daradara, was merely a mindless extension of Master Vile's counterpart, to the point that he mimicked Daimaou's movements. Blue Globbor is a sentient creature capable of independent thought, even able to talk.
* AmbiguouslyRelated: Globbor is created, not out of magic or animated clay or a transformed animal or object, but by Master Vile biologically creating an egg and hatching him - by Master Vile giving birth to him, essentially. Theoretically, this would make Globbor at least a half-sibling to Rita and Rito.
* TheArtifact: His Ranger form makes a lot more sense in ''Kakuranger'' as in that adaptation, the Kakurangers were the main heroes compared to the Alien Rangers (who came in very late into Season 3).
* CerebusSyndrome: Like with Master Vile, things get darker and more serious beginning with him.
* EnergyAbsorption: With his suction hands, he can drain enemies of their energy.
* KnightOfCerebus: Downplayed; doesn't entirely lose the goofiness of ''Power Rangers'' monsters but is a serious threat.
* PowerCopying: He can gain parts from anybody he has a connection with and use their abilities.
* {{Synchronization}}: Anyone he drains of their powers is linked to him, and his victims feel any attack he experiences.
* WeaponOfChoice: As the Blue Globbor monster copied the Ranger's powers, he gained a few weapons.
** {{BFS}}: Gained a giant katana after copying Ninjor's powers.
** AutomaticCrossbow: Gained a crossbow after copying the Ranger's powers.

!!Dischordia
!!!'''Voiced By:''' Diane H. Gillespie
An old friend of Master Vile who comes to assist him using her deadly singing.
----
* TheBrute: Perhaps Master Vile's most powerful monster yet, given the fact that she nearly overwhelmed the Rangers and Ninjor with her own powers.
* DiesDifferentlyInAdaptation: Her ''Kakuranger'' counterpart was destroyed by Samuraiman, Super Muteki Shogun, and Kakure Daishogun (Ninjor, Shogun Megazord, and Ninja Megazord in Japan). In ''Power Rangers'', she was destroyed by the Shogun Ultrazord.
* GodzillaThreshold: The Rangers didn't take any chances with her in the Megazord battle as they brought out both the Ninja and Shogun Megazords.
* MindControlMusic: Dischordia can outright control the Rangers' minds with her singing. While under her control, they must do whatever she commands them to.
** IdiotBall: She uses this to tell Tommy to hand over his Power Coin, but literally right when he's about to, she knocks him aside for some reason before he has a chance. Seconds later, the Rangers break free from her spell and summon the Metallic Armor, which they use to [[CurbStompBattle curb stomp]] her.
* UnrelatedInTheAdaptation: In ''Kakuranger'', Dischordia was Master Vile's sister.

!!Professor Longnose
!!!'''Voiced By:''' Creator/KirkThornton
One of Master Vile's top generals sent to lead a team of monsters against the Aquitian Rangers.
----
* AdaptedOut: Professor Longnose's ''Kakuranger'' counterpart was a MasterOfIllusion, with the monsters joining him being deceased beings the Rangers destroyed before. However, that aspect was removed in translation.
* {{Bowdleri|se}}ze: In ''Kakuranger'' the finishing move [[AttackItsWeakPoint sliced off his nose.]] This was cut from Power Rangers, but perhaps to make up for it, some nice additional effects were added to his destruction.
* CombatHandFan: Wields one but never used it in the fight.
* InformedAbility: He's touted as Master Vile's top general, so you would expect him to be a challenge for the Aquitian Rangers. However, other than growing himself and the rest of the monsters, he never showed the strength to back up this claim and fought like a typical MonsterOfTheWeek.
* MakeMyMonsterGrow: Notably, he was able to summon the lightning-based growth himself rather than have Rita and Lord Zedd do the job for him.
* {{Tengu}}: He is themed after a tengu from Japanese Mythology.

!!Parrot Top
[[quoteright:350:https://static.tvtropes.org/pmwiki/pub/images/tvtropes_parrottop.png]]
!!!'''Voiced By:''' Matt K. Miller
A [[BlatantLies parrot monster]] who served as one of the five monsters under Professor Longnose's command as part of Master Vile's final invasion of Earth.
----
* AdaptationalLateAppearance: Parrot Top's ''Kakuranger'' counterpart was the first MonsterOfTheWeek to fight the Rangers, but here, he joins in very late. This was because his original footage showed him in his human form for most of the time and held the severed head of his wife Rokurokubi, an unused ''Kakuranger'' monster, during the Zord fight.
* AdaptedOut: He had a human form in ''Kakuranger'' that went unused in ''Power Rangers''.
* AllThereInTheScript: The name "Parrot Top" originates from the script of "[[Recap/MightyMorphinPowerRangersS3EP35AlienRangersofAquitarPart2 Alien Rangers of Aquitar Part II]]." He's never referred to by name on-screen.
* ArtificialLimbs: Assuming they're new additions like Brick Bully's, his legs have been replaced with robotic prosthetics.
* BladeBelowTheShoulder: He sports a large curved blade on his right arm.
* FishPeople: Despite his avian name, Parrot Top is clearly more of an aquatic-looking creature.
* GreenAndMean: Parrot Top is mostly green and is trying to help Master Vile take over the Earth.
* {{Kappa}}: His ''Kakuranger'' counterpart was based on this {{Youkai}}, the "river goblin" from Japanese mythology.
* MysteriousPast: He's the only monster serving in Master Vile's army that didn't originate as one of Zedd and Rita's previous creations. His name is never spoken, it's never said where he came from, and while his robot legs and blade-arm are no doubt new uprades like the other four monsters received, we never see him in his original form.
* PunnyName: Making fun of [[RecordedAndStandUpComedy stand-up comedian]] Carrot Top, along with the bird-like noises he (Parrot Top) makes.
* QuirkyMinibossSquad: Led by Professor Longnose, Parrot Top joins Garbage Mouth, See Monster, Brick Bully, and Crabbie Cabbie for Master Vile's final attack on Earth.
* ScrewThisImOuttaHere: When Professor Longnose is killed by the Shogun Megazord, Parrot Top and the other monsters hightail it out of there and teleport away, never to be seen again.
* TheSpeechless: He never says anything in English, speaking only in bird sounds.
* StarfishLanguage: Unlike the other four monsters and Professor Longnose, Parrot Top apparently can't speak, instead communicating in bird-like caws.
* VillainTeleportation: He teleports away with expanding green energy that begins spiraling and shrinking down until its gone.
* WhateverHappenedToTheMouse: It's never revealed what happens to him after "[[Recap/MightyMorphinPowerRangersS3EP35AlienRangersofAquitarPart2 Alien Rangers of Aquitar Part II]]."

!!Slotsky
!!!'''Voiced By:''' Stephen Apostolina
A robot monster created by Lord Zedd from a device Billy intended to use to revert the Power Rangers into teenagers after Master Vile's time-reversal spell.
----
* AllThereInTheManual: His name is spelled "Slotsky" as opposed to "Slotski," according to his Bandai figure.
* ExclusiveEnemyEquipment: He uses his big magnet hand to steal Cestro and Tideus' laser pistols.
* GoldMakesEverythingShiny: His body is almost entirely gold and copper.
* MagnetismManipulation: He can turn his right hand into a large magnet, allowing him to steal the Alien Ranger's weapons. Oddly, he never tries using it against the Battle Borgs.
* SoreLoser: He hates it when things are not going his way.
* SpoiledBrat: He's a particularly whiny monster; when the Aquitians begin gaining the upper hand in the fight, he complains "You cheated! ''I'm'' supposed to win!"

!!Erik and Merrick, the Barbaric Brothers
!!!'''Voiced By:''' Michael Sorich (both)
A pair of SurferDude monsters sent by Lord Zedd to poison Angel Grove's waters and prevent the Aquitian Rangers from rehydrating.
----
* AdaptationalNiceGuy: Downplayed, but the Barbaric Brothers have much more humorous dialogue than the sadistic Shuten Douji Brothers.
* BashBrothers: They work together like this.
* BladeBelowTheShoulder: Erik wields a buzzsaw on his right arm in his armored form.
* SurferDude: Some of their phrases include "awesome" and "radical."
* ThisIsADrill: Merrick wields one in his armored form.
* WaterSourceTampering: They were tasked with poisoning the lake the Aquitian Rangers used to rehydrate with lunar toxic waste. Even though they were destroyed, they were successful as Billy's purification generator was ruined, and the Aquitians were forced to return home.

!!Bratboy
!!!'''Voiced By:''' Paul Schrier
A child monster created by Rita and Zedd from a young Bulk (a result of Master Vile's time-reversal spell).
----
* AdaptedOut: He had a normal form from ''Kakuranger'' that was not used.
* AdaptationalVillainy: Zigzagged. While he's created from an innocent bystander, he's a generic monster of the week. In ''Kakuranger'', he was one of the few Yokai who didn't want to harm humankind, with the conflict coming from being BrainwashedAndCrazy, with him eventually being killed by his fellow Yokai.
* SparedByTheAdaptation: It was pretty obvious that ''Power Rangers'' could not get away with killing off Bulk, even as a child.

!!Witchblade
!!!'''Voiced By:''' Wendee Lee
A witch monster with a huge set of blades in place of her right arm.
----
* BladeBelowTheShoulder: Her right arm contains a lot of blades.
* IdiotBall: During their fight, she knocks Cestro into the water, which gives him a little power boost. Even Rita calls her out on this.
-->'''Rita:''' That Witchblade's about as sharp as a bowling ball. She's supposed to keep him out of the water, not knock him in!
* MeaningfulName: She is a witch, and her arm is a blade.
* ShoutOut: She has a lot in common with the Wicked Witch of the West, down to the voice.
* VillainousFriendship: She isn't a creation of either Lord Zedd's or Finster's; Zedd tells Rita that Witchblade is an old friend of his.

!!Arachnofiend
!!!'''Voiced By:''' Julie Maddalena
An arachnid monster created by Lord Zedd from a spider living in Billy's garage lab.
----
* AllWebbedUp: As with Spidertron, she would naturally have this ability being a spider monster.
* ShesAManInJapan: Her ''Kakuranger'' counterpart was a male.
* ThereIsNoKillLikeOverkill: The Alien Rangers' Battle Borgs deliver a NoHoldsBarredBeatdown to the spider monster, Aurico then says [[BlatantLies "Arachnofiend is too much for our Borgs!"]] so they form the Shogun Megazord for no apparent reason beyond likely revenge for what she did to them in her underground lair.
