* RedOniBlueOni: Ironically, despite having blue hair, she's the Red Oni to Karuna's Blue Oni. She is rash, bombastic, violent, and wants Aurelie dead, while Karuna is calm, rational, generally maintains composure, and is a good leader who believes that she can save Aurelie

* HeroesPreferSwords: Karuna, the ChosenOne, uses a sword, while her companions, Chisa, Merle, and Lynette, use axes, knives, and spears, respectively.

* DarthVaderClone: Downplayed. She is a sinister TinTyrant in black armor who is AmbiguouslyRelated with Aurelie, but has more in common with Palpatine, as an EvilOverlord who took control of Aurelie in the first place.

The boss of the fairy Forest. He is an enthusiastic supporter of Darkloft who takes over the Fairy Forest and kidnaps the Queen.

* MySpeciesDothProtestTooMuch: She is apparently the only Naga, or the only one seen, who does not hate humans. This makes her somewhat of an outcast among the Naga. Justified as she knows that Heather was telling the turht when she said that Naga were descended from humans, as she helped Heather discover this, but the other Naga took offense and exiled Heather in front of her.

Once a normal but shy village girl who trained under Karuna, she became frustrated with her continued failures to be stronger and more confident. After rescuing a village boy from Castle Darkloft alongside Karuna, she came upon a mysterious suit of armor, and a strange voice that promised her power. In desperation, she donned, and was corrupted by, the Infernal Armor of Ellicide and became the Evil Overlord Darkloft. Now she desires to conquer Luxaren and destroy all who stand in her way- including Karuna.

Once a warlord who was vanquished, her spirit took control of the Infernal Armor of Ellicide, eventually taking control of Aurelie and being the true driving force behind her actions. Having made a deal with the Demon Lords of Aothuth, she desires to help them invade the human realm of Luxaren in exchange for power and immortality.

A golem girl who serves Darkloft. Always calm, never smiling, she frequently gets in the way of the heroines.

* DarkActionGirl: As one of Darkloft’s CoDragons, she [[RecurringBoss frequently shows up]] to fight the heroines. Though this is subverted once she turns against Darkloft.

A harpy who serves Darkloft. Unlike her parter Eelinoth, she is more enthusiastic about her job of terrorizing humans and fighting the heroines.

The protagonist of the story and the legendary Hero chosen to slay Darkloft. Because Darkloft is her girlfriend Aurelie, she is very hesitant to carry out her mission.

A student of the School of the Unwavering Blade who has decided to travel with Karuna and prove herself. Though very unsure of herself, she hopes that the journey will make her grow into a confident warrior.

A Naga who becomes the guide for Karuna and Chisa, later joining them on their quest. She is openly attracted to Chisa.

* OneWingedAngel: In the final battle against her, she first transforms into Crystal Darkloft, a much taller version of herself with the dark crystals sticking out of her, then for the final phase, calls upon the Demon Lords to transform into Gruesome Darkloft, a mangled monstrosity.
