The king of an unnamed island country located off the coast of southern China, visited by several generals of Go and appearing in ''Eiyuutan 4''. Wanting to enrich his island and give a better life to its citizens, Izzat then choose to trust two tourists from the mainland, which happened to be [[EvilDuo Enjutsu and Choukun]], who proposed to help him modernize the island.
\\\
Things quickly turned for the worse as Enjutsu and Choukun were effectively given the reins to much of the island, allowing them to control much of its trade and multiple properties. Having his power subverted, Izzat is then forced to act and Enjutsu's PuppetKing by threatening the island citizens.

The main character of the visual novel series. He is a modern day Japanese student who was sent back in time for unknown reasons, and can end up in either of the Three Kingdoms depending on the games. In the first game, he's sent to the past when he attempted to stop a mysterious student from stealing an ancient Chinese mirror within the school's collection and ended up breaking the mirror in the process, and ends up becoming the leader of the Shoku Kingdom. Due to his abnormal costume (his school uniform) and manner of speech (English loanwords), he is mistaken to be the "Messenger from Heaven" who is said to be able to bring peace to China.
