That's no longer a trope per TRS.

* CharClone: Is significantly faster and more attentive than the other members of the Elite Four, and wears a mask as of episode 6.

* CatSmile: Most noticeable when she's not speaking. Although it's not so much a cat smile as it is a [[AnimalMotif snake smile]].

* {{Expy}}: Nonon has a lot of similarities with previous Imaishi character [[Anime/PantyAndStockingWithGarterbelt Stocking Anarchy]]. Both of them are a BitchInSheepsClothing that trash talk a lot of the time but do secretly care about their friends and family, while also having a fondness for sweets. Upon the reveal of [[spoiler:the Elite Four joining Nudist Beach]] it is also shown that both count as a MasterSwordswoman, with Nonon wielding one of Satsuki's Bakuzan pieces while Stocking's stockings are two blades.

* AuthorityEqualsAsskicking: He is the head of the Disciplinary Committee, enforcing Satsuki's will and his introductory scene cements it. He gives a grand entrance to find the Goku Uniform thief. When he finds the latter fleeing, instead of chasing him, he ''jumps down the school building'' to land in front of the thief, all while [[EvilLaugh laughing manically]]. Needless to say, the ridiculousness of his stunts increases with every single episode.

* MonkeyMoralityPose: They represent the less well-known (and more controversial) version where there's actually ''four'' monkeys: [[http://combusken.tumblr.com/post/81776317052/the-four-devas-of-honnoji-academy See no evil, hear no evil, speak no evil and do no evil]]. However, each member of the team subverts his/her respective virtue in a unique way. This not only symbolizes the manner of which the Student Council [[ScrewTheRulesIMakeThem flexes their terms of honor for their own benefit]], but also works as foreshadowing of [[spoiler:Honnouji Academy’s rebellion against Life Fibers]]. The monkeys are distributed as such:
** Sanageyama is "see no evil." He subverts this immediately with his [[SuperSenses Super Sight]]. Played straight when he [[spoiler:sews his eyes shut]], then subverts it EVEN HARDER when [[spoiler:that gives him [[DisabilitySuperpower more perception of the world than ever before]].]] And just when you think he can’t get any more badass, [[spoiler:he gets his eyes re-opened in the final episode]], retaining every single one of his SuperSenses.
** Inumuta is "speak no evil." As his profile suggests, his collar completely covers his mouth. This is subverted by the collar opening and closing whenever he wants to speak clearly. When he does, it’s [[InsufferableGenius usually to correct somebody]] with a MathematiciansAnswer. That said, he’s also gleefully first in line when it comes to spouting exposition.

** Gamagoori’s also got something of a Gorilla theme as his leitmotif is literally titled "goriLLA". He also towers over his fellow students, is the Elite Four’s physically strongest member and the hammiest character in the show, as per the stereotype of male Gorillas as [[KillerGorilla aggressive, chest-thumping animals]]. Although, Gamagoori later shows a softer side and quite a sharp mind, tying into the Gorilla's real-life reputation for being the [[GentleGorilla smartest and most peaceful of the great apes]].

He's in charge of Honnouji Academy's information and strategy committee, aiding the student council by analyzing information via his laptop. He has light blue hair, wears blue glasses, and his Probe Regalia Mk.II covers him in a light blue armor.

Defunct + GCPTR cleaning (just removing the note as it's past its time and it's not a character trope)

* FragileSpeedster: A very odd example, because his uniform is a massive, towering PoweredArmor, which looks like it would be easy to hit but hard to pierce. The truth is quite the contrary, despite the bulky-looking armor he [[SuperSpeed is lightning-fast]] and can dodge attacks with utmost ease, but if something stops him from dodging, he does not take hits well at all. Ryuko defeats him with a single [[FinishingMove Seni-Soshitsu]]. Granted, the armor would probably be useful if it was facing anything but a specialized Fiber-destroying weapon. Nui also takes him out with her pinky (again, by exploiting a [[ForMassiveDamage weakness]]) but later on it is shown that she still cannot dodge his hits. He is the '''only''' member of the Elite Four who relies so heavily on speed - Gamagoori is a StoneWall who '''needs''' to get hit to activate his CounterAttack, Inumuta simply [[InvisibilityCloak disappears from sight]], and Nonon is difficult to approach due to her sheer firepower and ability to fly.
