A newcomer to Kyokutō Kōkō known as "Nichu no Kyōken" (''Mad Dog of Nichu'') for his strength, who tried to replace Yasuo as the school's ''bancho'' and failed to do so. Meanwhile, his best friend from middle school, Ryō Kisaragi, formed a ''bosozoku'' group that also tries to challenge the Far East union. Takeya, torn between the two sides, must choose one of the factions to fight against the other.
