Jewelina is the queen and God of Jewel Land in ''Anime/JewelpetTwinkle''. She is the most powerful magician in Jewel Land and created the Jewelpets a long time ago from the positive traits of humans. She also created the Jewel Star crown and the Jewel Star Grand Prix. She was the one who sent Fealina to Earth, where she met the man who'd become the father of her children. Alma thinks Jewelina is responsible for Fealina's death and wants to take revenge against her.

In ''Anime/JewelpetSunshine'', she remains the supreme ruler of Jewel Land, with much more emphasis put on her maternal status towards the Jewelpets. She's fairly immature and can be over-dramatic, but takes any threat to Jewel Land quite seriously.

In ''Jewelpet Kira Deco'', Jewelina created the Jewelpets through the Mirror Ball so she had someone to dance Go-Go with. However, when the Mirror Ball was destroyed and the Deco Stones were scattered all over Jewel Land, her sadness turned her into stone.

Pink Oomiya is a member of the group Kira Deco 5 and the series' main protagonist. She and the other members come from the human world to search for the fragments of the Mirror Ball, called Deco Stones, in order to save their world. She was born in Saitama prefecture and attends middle school. She is cheerful and outgoing, but underneath that she is pretty insecure of herself and has trouble making friends. She loves decoration and bonds with Ruby over this shared interest.

She stays in Ruby's Kira Kira Shop while in Jewel Land. She goes by the codename Shiny Pink, though she doesn't have good fighting skills like the rest of the group. She is an expert when it comes to decorating things with shiny jewels and decors.

However, he is also dimwitted and one-track-minded to the point of annoying his teammates (especially his brother) and the Jewelpets.

He lives in a tree house during his stay in Jewel Land. He goes by the codename Burning Red and has exceptional fighting skills with his fists.

He finally finds solace in his relationship with Angela and Labra, with whom he moves in.

He goes by the codename Smart Green and his best characteristic are his reflexes, though he has problems focusing.

He is also reliable for keeping house, good at sumo and an expert on Haiku. He goes by the codename Slow Life Yellow.
