* TeensAreShort: Discussed. When Chloe and Zenith Fantasy discover Boscha's a teenager, the former's stunned, since she's only half her size.

* BeingEvilSucks: Boscha's a CardCarryingJerkass bordering on CardCarryingVillain in later chapters, but to say her life sucks would be an understatement: [[HatedByAll Nobody likes her back at home]], her OnlyFriend is subjected to RevengeByProxy because of her bullying ways, and when she enters the Train, her brutal upbringing causes her to become a [[StaticCharacter Static Passenger]], leaving her trapped on the Train. To add insult to injury, the rewrite implies that Boscha's aware of the horrible person she is, but she can't do anything about it.

* DespairSpeech: Once she discovers not only that Chloe [[spoiler: rejected psychiatric help]], but that she too is a [[StaticCharacter Static Passenger]] like herself, Boscha goes on a tangent about how their situation makes both of them helpless, and how they're essentially trapped on the Train forever with no hope of returning home.

* StaticCharacter: [[DiscussedTrope Discussed]]. While over at the Lustrous Car, Phos gets Sensei to check Boscha's number, which hasn't changed since she arrived. They eventually reveal that she's something known as a "Static Passenger": a Passenger that, for one reason or another, are unable to change or grow, implying that whatever happened to her affected her to the point ''she can't earn an exit out of the Train''. [[spoiler:The end of Arc 1 reveals that her soul will be converted into denizens in an attempt to fix it.]]

* HumanMomNonHumanDad: [[InvertedTrope Inverted]]. Boscha's mother is a witch, while her father [[spoiler: ''looks'' like a witch but is in fact a human that wears a special mask, gifted by Azura, that turns him into a witch.]]

* WickedWitch: She's a member of a WitchSpecies, and she also happens to be one of the most demented, violent witches in the Boiling Isles, as the Apex can attest.

* AchillesHeel: Her ThirdEye, which apparently comes from the Salamander, is all but stated to be the source of most of her insane power. [[spoiler: When Lucy rips it off, Boscha's left with nothing but her bare strength to fight back against Chloe and Lexi.]]

* AdaptationalNiceGuy: In a bizarre way. In the original series, Boscha is a sociopathic bully whose social darwinist tendencies act more like a weak excuse to justify her bullying nature. In ''this'' story, she's a legitimate social darwinist who does the things she does because she ''wants'' people to get stronger, and her bullying attitude is just one way to do it.

* AdaptationPersonalityChange: [[DownplayedTrope Downplayed]]. While Boscha acts the same as she does in the show, her ''reason'' is different; rather than being TheBully who loves crushing people under her feet, she's an odd variation of TheSocialDarwinist who honestly believes that what she's doing is going to help people get stronger.

* AboveGoodAndEvil: She considers herself an Apex, basically TheSocialDarwinist equivalent of TheParagon, which means she's above everything, including laws and consequences. [[BerserkButton Defy her notion of this at your own risk]].

* AmbiguoulyBi: She dated Mattholomule back in the Boiling Isles, but Skara says it was done out of pragmatism, and they broke up when we found out about this. She also looks positively ''smitten'' with Gwen after the SpinTheBottle game leads to them kissing.

* BlueAndOrangeMorality: While Boscha's TheSocialDarwinist, she's a rather odd take on it: she only sees people as either "Strong" or "Weak" with variations between them. If someone she considers "Strong" starts acting in a way that more befits a "Weak" person, like Amity's GibberishOfLove, she'll disapprove. She also hates it when the Strong "lower" themselves to the level of the Weak, because to her, that just gives the Weak no reason to grow stronger, which is also a big no-no for her.

* BewareTheMindReader: Boscha has the power of {{Psychometry}}, letting her see the memories of someone as long as she makes physical contact. And you can bet that she has enough power to make you ''suffer'' if she sees something she ''doesn't'' like.

* BigEntrance: When she reaches the Astral Car, she ditches her hood, jumps down the structure she's standing on, then uses some ExplosionPropulsion that ''topples'' said structure before landing at the throne room, upon which she exclaims "TakeMeToYourLeader" to the nearby Astral beings. [[RealityEnsues They take her to prison instead]].
