Russian Cadet Representative to the IS Academy (though apparently half-Japanese) and currently the strongest IS user in the Academy, warranting her the position of StudentCouncilPresident. She's the pilot of the third-generation IS, ''Mysterious Lady''.

* {{Bokukko}}: Her training to use the polite-masculine pronoun "boku" to refer to herself in Japanese stuck, even after she no longer has to maintain a male facade, all because Ichika told her it was cute.

* CloningBlues: [[spoiler:Chifuyu asks why she doesn't want to meet her little sister Laura. Chloe counters by saying Laura isn't a sister but is "an incomplete me."]]

* WomanChild: She most certainly doesn't act her age. [[spoiler:Given her position as the BigBad of the story and all the crap she puts Ichika and his classmates through ForScience and for her own amusement, she also counts as a [[PsychoticManChild Psychotic Woman Child]]]].

** She invokes [[AuthorityEqualsAsskicking the opposite]] on her students, who didn't think much of her co-instructor [[SenseiChan Maya Yamada]], who was also a Representative Candidate in her day. She had Cecilia and Rin (both personal IS users) fight Yamada 2-on-1 despite being in an inferior 2nd Gen IS. They lose [[CurbStompBattle badly]] due to Yamada controlling the flow of the fight the entire time, causing them to lose track of each other and ending up colliding long enough for her to take them both out with a grenade.

* DesignerBabies:[[spoiler: In Volume 12, it is discovered that Chifuyu is the first successful test subject for Project Mosaica, a twisted experiment to create the ultimate human.]]

** Gets even worse in Volume 11, [[spoiler:when she shows no regret when Ichika is seemingly killed by Excalibur, and even goes as far as to mock Chifuyu by telling her that it is ''her'' fault for not intervening sooner.]]. And in Volume 12, [[spoiler:when she reveals the truth about Ichika and Chifuyu's origin as ArtificialHumans, calling Ichika a monster and gleefully driving him to despair]].

* SwordCane: In the OVA, her cane has a sword in it.[[spoiler: Chifuyu told her not to even try pulling it out.]]

* BoobsOfSteel: Arguably the most well-endowed among Ichika's harem, and a trained swordswoman, to boot.

* HappilyMarried: Her ''World Purge''-influenced fantasy has her living peacefully together with Ichika, including their own dojo for kendo training. What differentiates hers from [[SuperSoldier Laura's]] however is that, apart from the lack of {{Fanservice}} elements (which is surprising, considering [[BoobsOfSteel her proportions]]), her imagination actually views Ichika as her equal compared to the superficial image that the other girls have of him.

* BoobsOfSteel: The best IS pilot in the academy, and one of the bustiest girls in the series. She's actually barely second in size to Houki and is mildly put off by that... for about ten seconds before going back to her cheerful self.

* BoobsOfSteel: Quite possibly the bustiest among the cast.

Her bunny motif also serves as a ShoutOut since Creator/YukariTamura voiced a bunny (albeit a stuffed one) in another [[LightNovel/{{Kampfer}} harem anime]].

* ReiAyanamiExpy: Silver-haired, pale-skinned genetically-engineered ArtificialHuman [[{{Tykebomb}} raised as]] a SuperSoldier, has a red eye and a golden one she often covers with an EyepatchOfPower, she idolizes her mentor figure who also happens to be the protagonist's older sister and her upbringing left her with NoSocialSkills. Initially, she antagonizes the main character, but she later opens up and falls in love with him. Behavior-wise, Laura can also be described as a mixture of this and ShanaClone. And finally, for an added bit of irony, she's voiced by Tiffany Grant in the English dub, whose claim to fame is being the original voice of [[Anime/NeonGenesisEvangelion Asuka]].

* ShanaClone: Short-statured, petite girl with grey hair, is pretty short-tempered, bossy, and even violent, particularly towards her love interest, and is in competition with several other girls for Ichika's heart. She even says her catchphrase "[[RapidFireShutUp Shut up! Shut up! Shut up!]]" at one point.

* ChristmasCake: And more than likely in her mid-twenties at least considering she invented the ''entire'' IS technology more than 10 years ago.

* BareYourMidriff: His IS suit.

* BareYourMidriff: Played straight during her stint as Charles. Averted after the [[UnsettlingGenderReveal gender reveal]].

* ArtificialHuman: [[spoiler: In Volume 12, it is discovered that Chifuyu is the first successful test subject for Project Mosaica, a twisted experiment to create the ultimate human.]]

* CombatPragmatist: As shown in Season 1 Episode 8, "Charles" and Ichika VS. Laura and Houki. Quickly shut down Houki, since Laura is enough of an ArrogantKungFuGirl to think she can take on both all by herself? Check. Bring out the hidden weapons, like a shield-piercing spike and an extra assault rifle? Check. [[spoiler: Give said extra rifle to Ichika, a melee-only combatant, so he can shoot Laura in the back when she's focused on Charles?]] Check.
