* BoringButPractical: Arin and Dan have noted he's their first editor who's perfectly happy ''just'' being an editor. Barry, Kevin, Matt, and Ryan all either got involved in skits or Let's Plays of their own during their time on the channel, but Ben so far hasn't expressed an interest. As a bonus, this means he isn't overworking himself the way the others did.
* FanBoy: He has a WesternAnimation/MyLittlePonyFriendshipIsMagic desktop in the background of his introduction video. It's unconfirmed if he's actually a brony or he had this up just for laughs.
* FreezeFrameBonus: His primary source of humor, sneaking in subtle edits and sound-effects. A good example is changing Phoenix Wright's name to "Peenix" for one text box after Arin and Danny joke about it.
* LaughingMad: How he's introduced. Turns out to be for a gag, since he's really super nice.
* StealthExpert: His edits are very subtle and rarely prompted by Arin and Dan (at least directly), but don't go unnoticed by the fans.
