* NamesTheSame: [[InvokedTrope Invoked.]] Sweet Tooth can be used to refer to the serial killer identity Marcus Kane goes by in the reboot or the truck he drives. In the video itself, the hosts call Needles by his actual name more often than Sweet Tooth.

* PoisonIsEvil: A psychopathic villain who uses his signature Joker Venom to kill his enemies.

* WeaponOfChoice: His signature weapon is Joker Venom, which causes its victims to die from uncontrollable laughter, their faces frozen in a twisted smile. Portrayals such as ''Film/TheDarkKnight'' and ''VideoGame/InjusticeGodsAmongUs'' usually give him a knife as well, though he doesn't use one during this fight. The Joker Venom ends up being his ace in the hole, as while Needles outclasses him in most categories, he's not immune to the deadly poison, and Joker was more than capable of manipulating Needles into range.

* DropTheHammer: Bowser has been known to hurl barrages of sledgehammers from his Koopa Clown Car. He also does it when Ganondorf is standing on a nearby chandelier, breaking its chain and causing him to fall.

* StatuesqueStunner: She clocks in at ''7 feet, 7 inches.'' ShesGotLegs is one hell of an understatement. Understandably, she towers over Dante, and we clearly see this when she and Dante impaled each other as Dante disables his Devil Trigger.

* ShesGotLegs: Her iconic green leotard shows her long, curvy legs in full view.

* ShesGotLegs: Her outfits and kick-based fighting style emphasize her legs.

* ShesGotLegs: Oh, yes! Thanks to her form-fitting suit, her slender legs are very evident. It's even referenced in the video when Scout notices them and tries to hit on her before the fight actually begins.

* ILoveNuclearPower: Drinks radioactive soda/punch/energy drink to gain temporary SuperReflexes and become NighInvulnerable. He even lampshades that it should probably kill him when he drinks it during the fight.
