* ReasonableAuthorityFigure: While the law system he and his Knights uphold is incredibly strict, Toan himself is not a heartless man. Its noted that under his rule, [[TheAlcatraz Hyrain's]] purpose is just as much ''rehabilitation'' as it is punishment, and he's always willing to give the incarcerated light and/or reduced sentences dependent on their behavior and their desire to atone for their past misdeeds. And when he arrives to arrest Bonnie in ''Curse Crackers'', he doesn't mistreat her at all and is willing to overlook Belle and her friends' complicity in Bonnie's crimes.

While her exact age is unknown, Loren have longer lifespans than other Ledamrans, meaning that she could possibly be over a hundred years old.
