* FailureIsTheOnlyOption: This alliance formed as part of the first unit of eight to enter the house. Joey liked the idea of all the women allying together, but when four more women entered later on, she got careless and tried to get them on board and had a mini version of Devin's power-tripping, only she acted so ''stupid'' that the whole house decided to shoo her on out on the grounds that she went off her rocker. Then, she did a bunch of oddball things to render herself the first boot of the season. Paola, in her two weeks, proved between HOH, Battle of the Block, and POV competitions, that she was simply incapable of doing anything remotely physical, thus making her a fast second boot. Once Caleb entered the house Amber couldn't hang on to any allies for long because she had Caleb breathing down her neck and became a liability. Lastly Nicole got swallowed up into a showmance with Hayden moments after the second half of the houseguests got brought into the game. This alliance was doomed to collapse without question thanks to deciding to form too soon and not realizing the other half of the contestant pool was too disruptive than they had bargained for.

Everything that they wanted to happen in the game went the exact way they wanted it to. They were also a balanced team as Derrick was the strategist and Cody was the competitor. There were such a strong team that the both of them made it to the Final 2.

Derrick instead helped to flip the tables on Hayden and Nicole. Obviously, with Cody and him already aligned as the Hitmen in secret, it fell into place quite nicely.
