Used to be a neutral MrExposition who'd send Bernice Summerfield off on adventures, but has been steadily getting more and more evil. First mentioned (sort of) in a throwaway line in the 1979 serial "[[Recap/DoctorWhoS17E2CityOfDeath City of Death]]". Currently also a main cast member in the {{Gallifrey}} BigFinish audios.

Started out in the Virgin New Adventures novels and got her own BigFinish audio spinoff (among ''many'' other things).
