* PsychoForHire: Hired by Mr Sullivan to chase Mr Fogg and stop him from wining the bet by any means necessary. He ''loves'' the job and will take Fogg down with great pleasure. He grows very spiteful because Mr Fogg and co. keep going and he can't get the better of them.

He's an antagonist and fights dirty, proving he's no gentleman. He hires Transfer to stop or slow down Mr Fog. He might also genuinely believe that Mr Fog robbed the bank.
