By the time Ann infiltrates their base, she ends up having to fight through a mix of both the Consortium's security and C's underlings. It's ambiguous which mooks belong to which faction.]]

* BloodKnight: He really enjoys fighting stronger opponents
* PowerEchoes: His words have a heavy mechanical reverb to them, indicating the unnatural power he wields.
* SignificantWhiteHairDarkSkin: As a man hailing from the Middle East, he has fairly dark skin, which is contrasted by his light gray hair. And he is a super-powered fighter.
* TronLines: He has glowing tattoos etched all over his upper body, which are exposed by his unzipped jacket, as well as his forehead.
* VillainExitStageLeft: After being beaten by Ann in their second encounter, he teleports out with a promise that he isn't done with her yet.
* WakeUpCallBoss: His first encounter can be the first truly challenging boss in the game, especially if you haven't been diligent with your upgrades, possessing fast attack patterns that don't have immediately obvious tells and a full-screen super attack that requires some esoteric thinking to disrupt.
* WalkingShirtlessScene: His jacket is always wide open to expose his upper torso.
* WeWillMeetAgain: Promises this to Ann after she defeats him in their encounter.
* WhiteHairBlackHeart: He has light gray hair, and is a bloodthirsty warrior working under C.

* TheUnfought: He personally never engages Ann in battle and instead sends her and Melissa to a suitable fighting area.

One most relevant to Ann is [[spoiler:him alerting Ryan to the existence of N540 and thus, the Circle Consortium]], while a side one is the cult that worships it as some sort of mechanical god.

Thanks to the Circle Consortium's failed "Gatekeeper" project, she had turned Ann into a conduit of her powers, attempting to use Ann to manifest in earth, free herself, and wreak destruction wherever she goes.

* VillainousBreakdown: Does ''not'' take it well when Ann decides, in the revised April 2022 ending, to trust the Consortium and seek to seal Amok away for good, especially when Ann ''succeeds'' in doing so.

* BoobsOfSteel: She's pretty well-endowed in the chest department, shown especially with her battle suit.

Signs include her always having a wheelchair to sit on if it's not nearby as she's heavily implied but never explicitly stated to be paraplegic, the necessity to give the Paipai drone after 2 years of friendship with Ann, and having been physically present in past photos such as the commemorative photo taken at their boss, Raymond's, office. Despite this, her hologram is very acrobatic and active, capable of standing up, jumping, and crawling, though this is probably cued animations and Ayane taking advantage of not having to physically move around.

* BullyingADragon: [[spoiler:When she slapped her brother, Ryan for participating in an implied illegal street race. She was on the receiving end of this where a group of punks threw objects at her for interfering, this unleashed Amok who was dormant inside of her and slaughtered everyone present.]]

* MyGodWhatHaveIDone: Her main reason for moving out on her own spurned from [[spoiler:losing control and attacking Ryan, taking his eye]]. Nobody blamed her for it, but the incident still troubled her.

* TheBabyOfTheBunch: Ryan is the youngest of the Flores family, being at the age of 20. [[spoiler:Ryan loses this status once Sigrid becomes part of the Flores family.]]

* SkewedPriorities: ZigZagged. When [[spoiler:Sigrid summons Santa Claus]] to the Flores House, Holtz's first order of business, is, of course, to protect his young charge and get this mysterious, probably criminal stranger out of his house. But, when [[spoiler:Santa Claus is already leaving]], Holtz suddenly realizes [[spoiler:Saint Nick owes him 20 years worth of undelivered Christmas presents. By the next scene, the living room is ''full'' of them, implying that Holtz kept Santa Claus at gunpoint and didn't let him leave till Holtz got his gifts.]]

One of the older adoptive Flores children, and Ann's adoptive older sister. She is currently going on trips around the globe, never seen, mentioned, or interacted with aside from her e-mails and postcards.

* FatalFlaw: Recklessness. When Ryan gets an idea in his head, he can rarely be persuaded to stop or slow down long enough to think about the consequences of his actions. His trying to investigate N540 despite being constantly told to let it go and that it's a myth leads to his going missing and presumably kidnapped at the start of the game. [[spoiler:In the 2nd Bad Ending from the Extended Endings update in April 2022, his impulsiveness causes him to lose both his sister and bring about the apocalypse.]]
