* Aur the malevolent VillainProtagonist from ''LightNovel/MaouNoHajimekata'' sports quite the pair in the Manga version.

* RichBitch Dorothy Catalonia from ''Anime/MobileSuitGundamWing'' had strange, long, ''double-tufted'' eyebrows, prompting the FanNickname "Forked-Eyebrow Bitch". Her cousin Treize has a slightly toned-down version of the same thing. Dorothy's eyebrows are seen by many fans as one of her defining traits, to the point of becoming a RunningGag; one official {{Yonkoma}} actually has her using them to imitate various Gundams' forehead crests, and there is at least one doujin where they turned into hands.

* In ''Manga/MekkoRarekko'', both Yamano Taishou and Fukami Youhei have very big eyebrows but Fukami has the biggest eyebrows in the series.

** [[{{Tsundere}} England]], as they make him look more like a gentleman. His brothers share the eyebrows, and some of his colonies have them too. Australia and New Zealand have pairs as impressive as England's, and it's passed down to the Australian micronations (Hutt River and Wy) too. Hong Kong was supposedly cursed to get the brows.

* In ''Anime/YuGiOh5Ds'' Tetsu Ushio has thick eyebrows in a permanent arch to underline his status as the overdramatic comic relief. José has a single, very long eyebrow. It covers even his eye.
** Ushio carries this look over from his earlier appearance in [[Manga/YuGiOh the original manga]]. Several other early villains also had these to make them look more threatening.

* ''Anime/DiGiCharat'' features a strange blue onion-headed man whose BigOlEyebrows are most visible in his usual explosive moods.

** And he manages to accidentally shave one of them off once in the manga. His mother's solution? Pick up a marker and draw the missing one!

* Ranger in ''Anime/TransformersSuperGodMasterforce'' has very big, bushy eyebrows.
* Damos in ''Anime/PokemonArceusAndTheJewelOfLife'' has these, but he's a very strong man with [[Anime/YuGiOh Yami Yugi's]] voice, so it's okay. However, his descendant Sheena has the same eyebrows on a very pale, narrow face with otherwise dainty features... it looks pretty strange.
** Lily (Misty's youngest sister) also has pretty noticeable brows compared to her siblings.

* Yuki Yoshioka from ''Manga/{{Mitsudomoe}}'' has an extremely noticeable pair. Nobody really draws attention to them, but they draw more than enough attention to themselves.
* The Puchuus from ''Anime/ExcelSaga'' develop these when hit as well as an over-the-top angry {{Gonk}} face.
** Those faces - and their eyebrows - are Manga/{{Golgo 13}}'s.
* While none of the characters you'd expect to see in such an [[WorldOfHam over the top]] anime have big eyebrows, ''Anime/CodeGeass'' gives us ''Kyoshiro Todoh, [[TheComicallySerious of all people]]'', who seems to be the spiritual success or to Treize and Dorothy of ''Wing'' when it comes to the forked variation. Given, they're both ''Sunrise'' series... Charles, meanwhile, does not have overly huge ones, but impressive, nonetheless.

* ''Manga/BlueExorcist'' has Kamiki Izumo, whose nickname in-series (and among the fandom) is "Eyebrows". Amaimon also has them.

* Miho Jufuku from ''Manga/ACertainScientificRailgun'' has these. After her boyfriend dumped her, saying her eyebrows were ugly, she decided to knock other girls out and do FaceDoodling to give them eyebrows like hers. She seems to have [[LesYay fallen for Saten]] after Saten said her eyebrows were unique and cute.
* Mai Minase of ''Anime/DotHackLiminality'' is another female example, though it's rarely mentioned in the [=OVAs=].
* Satsuki Kiryuin from ''Anime/KillLaKill'' - or, as Ryuko refers to her, the "[[PerpetualFrowner perpetually frowning]], caterpillar-eyebrowed bitch." She inherited them from her mother Ragyo, who also has sizable eyebrows.
* Commander Erwin Smith from ''Manga/AttackOnTitan''.
* Iwao Kuroiwa has majestic eyebrows in ''Manga/TokyoGhoul'', which accent his bug-eyed expressions. In the sequel, Takeomi Kuroiwa has his father's thick brows. It's the first hint of his identity, prior to his name being revealed.

* Amarao from ''Anime/{{FLCL}}'' takes this to ridiculous extremes with his prosthetic OddlyVisibleEyebrows, which is visually made out of digitally-rendered ''nori'' seaweed sheets. The fact that they're fakes only serves to emphasize his immaturity. Believed that they also keep Haruko from channeling N.O. through his head like she does with Naota, but this is unconfirmed.
** They actually are intended to serve the same function as a tinfoil cap, although it's probably less because he doesn't want it to happen and more because the things that ''do'' come through are [[DoesThisRemindYouOfAnything embarrassingly small]] (the guitar Haruko pulls from his forehead is barely big enough to be a slingshot).

** Amarao is at once an example of the trope and an inversion. His nori eyebrows are huge, but underneath them are ''ridiculously tiny'' eyebrows, if they even exist (which of course, serves as one of the series many, many DoesThisRemindYouOfAnything moments.)
