** Also a meta one. For once you are not the hero, Tala-Reh is. The BigBad of the arc has finally revealed itself, and you have to step aside to allow someone else to fight it. For a story as straightforwardly heroic as the Jedi Knight one, it's quite a twist.

* On Voss, Dark Side Inquisitors get the option to forcibly absorb a Voss spirit. What makes this awesome is the sheer [[CatharsisFactor catharsis involved]]: The Voss and their mystics have been talking down to every character you've run through this planet, and now you have the power to spit in their faces in a way much more hateful than just killing them.

* Victory over the Emperor. Not only you retaliate for fellow Jedi Masters who got {{Mind Rape}}d on your last attempt to fight him, not only you cripple the Sith Empire by taking down its leader, messiah and creator — ''you succeed where Revan and Exile failed''. It gets subverted when you find out that Emperor still exists as a Force spirit, but Darth Marr muses that you might have given him the strongest beating in his entire existence.

[[folder:Legacy of the Sith]]
* As always, the cinematic trailer is a treat.
** Darth Malgus is back again, this time making an enemy of both the Jedi and the Sith, and he faces off against two Jedi and win. And, uncharacteristic for a Sith, he spares the twi'lek he defeats, encouraging her to break free from both the Jedi order and the Empire whenever she's ready as he walks away with his prize.
** The Jedi earns points too, for managing to fend off Malgus and knocking him down, only losing to an attack from the back. And though Malgus won the battle, he had to settle for a lesser prize.
* The Imperial story has Darth Norok demand you indiscriminately kill Republic and Imperial soldiers just so he can have the planet once the dust is settled (and even then, it would be a short-lived victory). A Sith player can tell him exactly what they think of him, and it's both awesome and well-deserved.
-->[[SmallNameBigEgo Your impulsive decision got you captured by the Republic]], [[StupidEvil and now you expect me to aimlessly kill Imperials]]? [[TheReasonYouSuckSpeech You are a stain, an aberration, a degredation of the Sith. How dare you make demands of me?]]
* Defeating Darth Malgus, potentially for the second time, in the Ruins of Nul flashpoint is awesome for both you and him.
** It is implied this fight takes place pretty much immediately after the cinematic trailer ends, which means Darth Malgus just walked away from a victory against two Jedi, and he's still ready to face off against you, one of the most powerful living characters at this point. Though he's defeated, it takes dozen of force users to keep him incapacitated, some of them among the most powerful living Jedi or Sith, and for a moment it seems as if he would still be able to power through. Perhaps this is why the Empire kept him around after his first betrayal. He's just too powerful a Sith to execute.
** When Malgus is defeated, Lana, your companion, and several members of the Jedi Council or the Dark Council show up to incapacitate him. Seeing some of the most powerful people in the galaxy work together against a common foe is a treat. For a moment, it looks like he can still break free, and then you redouble your efforts. Finally, [[AuthorityEqualsAsskicking Satale Shan, Darth Acina or Darth Vowrawn]] appear to personally keep him down for good, and Malgus is back in chains again.
*** The Dark Council is known for being compulsive backstabbers, so seeing them work together for once is a delight for Imperial players, especially if they are the Sith Inquisitor, who has been or is on the Dark Council themselves.

This mud-flinging leaves the hunter no choice but to work for Darth Tormen, a Class-A GeneralRipper, and be party to the conquest of Corellia to draw him out of hiding, all the while chasing down Republic people just as smug and self-satisfied as he is. Not So Different has been renamed, and it needs to be dewicked/moved

** Another interpretation is that this exchange demonstrates that the two are NotSoDifferent, both holding onto the Sith Code as an ideal. Finishing the Sith Code prompts Thanaton, with a soft, remorseful voice, to reply "I wish it hadn't come to this."

* What's more awesome than [[spoiler: becoming a member of the Dark Council]] at the end of the Inquisitor class story? Doing so while playing a non-human species, of course! Not only do you rise from slavery to [[spoiler: a Darth]], you do so in a [[FantasticRacism xenophobic society that treats aliens as fourth-class citizens]], with some NPCs you meet calling the practice of training non-human Sith as an abomination.

Final Death has been disambiged

* Many wondered why neither Kira nor Scourge appeared in the Fallen Empire-Eternal Throne duology despite how heavily their backstories involved the Emperor, and we finally get our answer. It turns out that while the Outlander was fighting Valkorion, Kira and Scourge were on their own quest to find and destroy Tenebrea's original body to ensure his FinalDeath. ''And they succeed'', their destroying the Emperor's body coinciding nearly exactly with Valkorion's final defeat.

New example added.

Added DiffLines:

* The sight of the Smuggler nonchalantly walking towards one of Rogun's goons in one of Rogun's bases while he's shooting absolutely qualifies for this.

** The ending cinematic is also great. Once you've landed the final flow, Tenebrae and his echoes try to subdue the player character and their allies, but through sheer will they manage to stand. And as Tenebrae is condemned for the last time, the spirits of everyone whose lives he ruined ''from Chapter 1 onwards'' show up to stand in silent judgement. The royal family of Zakuul and their subjects he betrayed, the Children of the Emperor (including Master Syo Bakarn) he manipulated, and all the lost souls on Ziost that he devoured. It truly feels like every being in the galaxy rising up as one to destroy the Sith Emperor once and for all.

** Revan's ability - aptly named Revan's Fury - is basically a OneHitKill to the spawn that Tenebrae summons while he's invincible. Too bad it's only usable once.

** Arcann (if alive and brought to Satele's ship) reuniting with Thexan to help you in the first fight against the Valkorion echo. Their special ability is basically [[BashBrothers using a lightsaber combo that interrupts Valkorion and deals a lot of damage.]]
** When you summon Darth Marr, his special move called 'Darth Marr's Unity' turns him into the best healer in the game, ''period.'' But healing everyone for ''30,000+HP a second'' isn't enough. He gets ''this'' line:
--->'''Darth Marr:''' All your power will not save you in the end! The Sith will rise above you!
