''Lupin III: Princess of the Breeze'' [[note]]princess of the breeze ～隠された空中都市～ (''Purinsesu obu za Burizu - Kakusareta Kūchū Toshi'')[[/note]] is the twenty-fourth MadeForTVMovie in the ''Anime/LupinIII'' franchise. It debuted on November 15, 2013, and has yet to have an official English language release.

* BoobsOfSteel: Camilla is the bustiest of the sky pirates and can easily knock out cold armored mooks with a single strike of her trusty frying pan.

* WhipItGood: Fujiko, [[spoiler: while brainwashed.]]

* ArmorPiercingSlap:
** Lupin gets slapped for touching the breasts of Yutika in the opening.
** It happens again when he lights up a cigarette in front of the baby. [[spoiler: Same thing had happened to the head pirate off-camera, earlier.]]
** And he gets two more back-to-back near the end, after Fujiko falls [[MarshmallowHell boobs first onto Lupin's face]]. Fujiko calls him a pervert and slaps his right cheek, immediately followed by Yutika calling him "filth" and slapping his left one.

* SamusIsAGirl: The pirate Lupin is fighting isn't revealed as a young girl until the end of the fight. Why does the fight end? Weaponized ArmorPiercingSlap.

* AbsoluteCleavage: Fujiko for most of the movie.

Due to diminishing ratings, this was the last new [[Anime/LupinIIIYearlySpecials yearly special]] for six years, until 2019's ''[[Anime/LupinIIIGoodbyePartner Goodbye Partner]]''. [[note]]The special for 2015 was a ClipShow of three edited episodes from ''WesternAnimation/LupinIIITheItalianAdventure'' with some new framing animation.[[/note]]

* ConspicuousCG: The cars during the escape sequence and also the airships.

This year's ArtShift is rather interesting, including elements of the ''Anime/ReturnOfTheMagician'' OVA, a ''Anime/TheCastleOfCagliostro'' influence[[note]]the ending theme in this special is a new version of "Fire Treasure", originally from ''Cagliostro'', amongst other elements[[/note]], as well as newer art elements, such as shiny wet eyes in almost all of the characters.

* CrazyAwesome: Mr.G. He might have only been in [[OneSceneWonder one small part of the movie]], but he [[IncomingHam made his presences known]]. Including shooting at Lupin when he first arrives at his bar, and when he realizes who he is ''continues to shoot'' in joy of seeing him. Thinks its a good idea to shoot a hole into a wall to tell Lupin's compainion that dinner is ready and shoots an assassin not for being an assassin, but because he walked into his bar when it was closed. And we last see him shooting a rocket out of his fake knee to destroy one of the assassins' teams car. He seems to be so awesome that Lupin's companion copies him just before kicking an assassin off of Lupin's car.

* MessyPig: Mister G's toilet house is right above his pigpen. Lupin later sics the pigs against the assassins coming after him.

The story opens in the Paris night. Shots switch around, showing the airship, the party, and the city below. Then a new airship arrives. It's a group of pirates that attack the ship, and knock out the guards. As two of them prepare to return to their ship, a guard has followed them up. The guard and one of the pirates fight, and we discover [[TheReveal the guard is Lupin III]] and the pirate [[SamusIsAGirl is a cutie!]] One slap later, and the pervert is falling off the airship, into the river.

** And he gets two more back-to-back near the end, after Fujiko falls [[MarshmallowHell boobs first onto Lupin's face.]] Fujiko calls him a pervert and slaps his right cheek, immediately followed by Yutika calling him "filth" and slapping his left one.

* HeroicSacrifice: Jiva and shortly after Camilla pulls out a YouShallNotPass and TakingYouWithMe [[TogetherInDeath together]] in order to stop the mooks from reaching Lupin and Yutika. [[spoiler: It ends up being a DisneyDeath for both them and the mole Bernard, surprisingly.]]
* JerkassWithAHeartOfGold: Jiva. The Jerkass is first seen when he berates Yutika, the heart of gold is shown later on.

* WorthlessTreasureTwist: After chasing {{Plot Coupon}}s made of gems, discovering an ancient lost treasure of gold, paintings, and technology, Lupin reveals the object that he'd been trying to steal. [[spoiler: A corkscrew. Granted, it's a gold corkscrew, but he was chasing it because it was a treasure that his grandfather had described, rather than the intrinsic worth of the object.]]

** Lupin gets slapped again when he lights up a cigarette in front of the baby. [[spoiler: Same thing had happened to the head pirate off-camera, earlier.]]

* BrainwashedAndCrazy: TheDragon does this via seeminly hypnosis to both [[spoiler: Fujiko and Jigen]], forcing them to attack Lupin and Goemon. [[spoiler: As soon as he dies, the charm ends.]]
* CatchPhrase: The creepy hypnotist serving Kochel has one. "What color is your Karma?"

* TheDragon: The creepy sickle-wielding magician working for Kochel.

* RedEyesTakeWarning: TheDragon's left eye enlarges and turns completely red when he uses hypnosis. Also his victim's pupils turn red.

* SinisterScythe: TheDragon has some sort of wicked-looking sickle which can somehow control midflight and levitate at will.

** Lupin gets slapped for touching the breasts of the female pirate in the opening.
