Vivienne observes that Godzilla's gaze often looks tired and world-weary as if he's looking right through someone, whilst the post-PTSD look in the now-Titan Vivienne's eyes is compared by the human characters to the look of a soldier coming home from war for the first time.

This is also an ImpliedTrope with the infant Manda and the {{Artificial Zombie}}s – the former is pretty good at climbing all over Monster X, and an instance of the latter left a blood trail indicating it scaled a wall and ceiling.
