The current title of this trope (AccidentallyIncestuousCrush) doesn't indicate that it must be a crush from a different generation (as versus siblings for instance). I was thinking from just the title that something along the lines of these would fit:

* In an episode of ''{{American Dad}}'', Roger paints a portrait of a nude Hailey in an art class. The portrait did not show the nude's face, just everything below it. Steve sees it and pays Roger money for it, and it's implied he uses it for [[ADateWithRosiePalms Rosie Palm]] fuel. When Hailey finds out he has the portrait (and Steve finds out she's the subject), they are both mortified and disgusted. 
* When Meg on ''{{Family Guy}}'' is at a costume party with some teenagers, and they play "spin the bottle", she is paired with a costumed boy and they go into the dark closet to make out. When the closet door is opened, they are both out of their costumes and kissing, and it turns out the boy was her brother Chris, to their mutual horror and embarrassment.

(Of course in both of these, neither is aware going in, but the title doesn't indicate that either--although the laconic does. But I think there's a good trope in what the title does describe--accidental incest or incestual crushes. The given definition is far narrower than that though.)
