ComedicSociopathy might cover comedy examples

* ''Series/{{Torchwood}}'': while they all have their reason and tragic back stories the Torchwood Three Team is all this. 
** Owen is a DoctorJerk that hates everything and once shot Jack ''without'' knowing he was immortal
** Susy...actually was evil 
** Jack (while undeniably charming and well meaning) is vey much a "shoot first ask questions later" type of guy and a former con man with a little too much knowledge of how to torture someone to be comfortable with
** Gwen is TheHeart but that didn't stop her from cheating on her long term boyfriend and only ever telling him about it before wiping his memories or threatening to betray Jack when desperate in ''Series/TorchwoodMiracleDay''
**  Ianto, while cable of being surprisingly sweet at times, manipulated Jack into hiring him just to hide his killer girlfriend in the the base and is kind of a snarky jerk that's established in ''Series/TorchwoodChildrenOfEarth'' to be a cornic liar. 
** Tosh is the only one that isn't a complete ass and even she has made some questionable decisions along with her teammates.
** The whole team collectively has been known to be jerks to the Cardiff Police with an elitist attitude towards them.
