Okay, wow. This is a wildly unclear name. The name and the laconic made me think that it was about someone who is powerful ''in'' the underworld, not someone who has legitimate power and also has underworld status. I mean, the name is specifically about those in low places. Not the one saying that he has friends on low places. Not to mention that it's actively misleading if you've ever heard, say, the song "Friends in Low Places" which is incredibly likely since it describes something else entirely. Secondly, the examples are bad. It's worrisome that what seems to be one of your codifiers (Lance Armstrong) is both a zero context example, a real life example, and very unclear. Other examples are also just really unclear. Is it for high-powered figures who have connections in the underworld? High-powered figures who are also high-powered figures in the underworld? Good people who know someone in the underworld (as in the ''Gotham'' example)? That's comically all over the place.
