This should probably keep the name Keet as these are often discripbed as  Parakeet like.

*{{Naruto}} in Part I gets to be like this at times especially very early on. Not so much in Part II, where he matures. This is lampshaded in the Shippuden anime when Naruto and Sakura do an Omake beside their younger selves, and Naruto can't believe how hyper he used to be. 
*Son Goten of DragonBallZ extremely hyperactive and inquisitive early on and is literally a little brother. 
*Son Goku from Saiyuki at times its hard for people to shut him up.
*Negi from ''{{Negima}}'' gets elements of this when he breaks out of his CuteShotaroBoy shell when he gets the time machine during the festival arc becoming a HumanHummingbird at times and seeing the festival while dragging Setsuna around under the guise of "looking for Chao", Setsuna finds this endearing as its the first time he has ever got to be "just a normal 10 year old" (although one in giant bunny outfit).
--> "Wai♥  Wai♥  Setsuna-san look look look can we go on the blimp!?!?!?"
