Meh

The nail in this is Naruto is a true immoral, as in can't actually die.

With a premise like that someone would go in expecting a bit of a power up. It's more then a bit, given he's better at basically everything. However more gratingly of always cheerful, workaholic main character has been replaced by a bitter, cynical ass. as of chapter three he shown to whinge about anyone trying to help him; when Kakashi goes out of his way to fix a major problem for him he's completely ungrateful, though at least he seems to be aware that he should be. He's shown having no regard for other people's things or problems. And I can't figure out how being immoral would have changed him that much.

On the plus side the author is a reasonably talented wordsmith, it's just our mileage on the character varies rather to hard to be immersible.

You mean "immortal", right...?

Always expect the worst and you can only be pleasantly surprised.

It's been a while since I read this fic. I'll say that first.

I disagree with the "better at basically everything"- I rather thought Kakashi made it pretty clear where his skill level is at. Also, this Kakashi, bastard that he is, isn't as supremely unhelpful as he is in canon, which probably helps when gaining skills.

Dominoes. It's not just the immortality thing- it's his whole background that's changed. And there might have been some sort of mental breakdown involved with the whole jinchuuriki-and-can't-die-thing. Whether that is enough to produce the WDF!Naruto as opposed to Canon!Naruto... well. Arguable considering how undentable Canon!Naruto is, but possible.
