Better Than It Sounds. While prostitute AUs aren't exactly a novel concept, it's very well written and quite the Tear Jerker. Though (in a similar vein to "Part Right, Half wrong, a Third Crazy", above) some of the characters come off as slightly OOC depending on your view of them, particularly Arthur (who is...how shall I say...a bit of a twat here) and Ivan (less noticeable, just toning down the Adult Child quirks quite a lot). Also, Ivan is sweet to the point of "why does this man not exist?!" and there are enough mood-lightening jokes and awesomeness (Pretty much every scene with Feliks and Taurys, for example) to balance out the darker elements.
