his is a beautiful, well written mystery. Anon did their research, found great quotes, and tied it all together with creativity, brains, and heart. It is a Mind Screw the very first read through, but the ending makes everything clear. Anon even manages to get the Ancients in via flashbacks, creating an interesting parallels in later chapters. The ending is sad and made This Troper tear up, but it ends on a bittersweet note. The Nuclear War happened and Italy disappeared but, somehow, Everyone Lives and makes up. And it is beautiful.
