No good

I read this hoping that, because it was on the fic rec page, this would be a thrilling crossover that tied the two universes together thoughtfully.

I honestly don't see why this fic is on this rec page. The grammar, spelling, and plot range wildly in quality throughout. Major plot points, such as the 'Xerxian border' are ridiculous in-canon and illogically introduced, then either never explained or left hanging. Ed and the other Amestrians serve as the 'good guys' and flat God Mode Sues. Dumbledore is evil mostly for lulz and Harry shows up, like, twice in the entire thing. He has no relevance or use to the plot other than being a MacGuffin after the FMA:B plot is done. I can't even remember if he gets more than one line of dialogue. What little plot there is goes basically like this:

A- Dumbledore does something dickish to Harry, all for a 'good cause' that is never explained.

B- Team Amestris beats Dumbledore and his mooks (Lupin, Mc Gonagall, Snape, Moody, and a random OC) to a pulp, all while giving vague speeches on why they're morally justified.

C- Rinse and repeat ad nauseum.

The mooks are never given any motivation to follow Dumbledore, and the eventual heel-face turn makes as much sense. Sirius is in here somewhere, but he stays a dog the entire time and has no relevance to the plot. The ending wraps up the bare threads of plot by concluding wand less magic is the only true magic, killing off Mrs. Weasley in one horrifying sentence (the only time the Weasleys are mentioned, Hermione is never mentioned at all), and giving a bland 'everyone lived happily ever after' ending that completely misses the point of FMA:B's ending.

All in all, boring fic full of OOC, 0/10, would not recommend.

and giving a bland 'everyone lived happily ever after' ending that completely misses the point of FMA:B's ending.

A bashfic whose author has no understanding of the source material. What a shock.

Fanfiction I hate.
